The whole team has been excellent but Kyra Payne the estate agent assisting me must get special mention for being knowledgeable and helpful, giving me exactly the information required to get a let agreed quickly. GoogleFrom the initial property search to our purchase completion Adam Williams from Seymours in Camberley was the utmost professional, recognising our needs and doing everything in his power to get our purchase across the line in the most fluid and stress free way. We'd come to Seymours as nervous buyers, off the back of a terrible experience with another agent where a property had fallen through at the last minute. Adam restored our faith in estate agents and in the property game, he took us on board as a personal project and found us the perfect family home. I can honestly say Seymours is the most professional, friendly and efficient estate agency I've ever dealt with . Cannot recommend enough.

GoogleWe recently moved to Camberley, and Seymours were the agents of choice for our sellers. Although we didn’t use Seymours to sell our own house, we were extremely impressed with the level of service they provided. Our move was particularly long, and at times seemed like it may never go ahead, but Adam at Seymours continued to communicate with all parties throughout the process, and really pushed to get us all over the line. We really do feel our move date would have been delayed even further if it hadn’t been for Adam. We’re not planning on moving any time soon, but when we do, we’ll be going straight to Seymours!

We have been kept informed about viewings and we feel Seymours were positive about our house. The valuation was a bit too high initially but we thought it would help with negotiation. However, we eventually decided to drop the price dramatically and we started to get some more offers. They could be a bit better with more regular feedback.

If I could give them zero I would!! Absolutely shocking service!!! Booked in to view flats for this to be rescheduled 4 times by them!!! To be told we will definitely see the 1 flat we want to… email them to confirm this to be told they will try and request this?!?!!! Not to mention they take days to response to email and everytime they have cancelled it’s been with in a couple of hours of viewing after sorting out an early finish at work for them to cancel and expect us to be flexible when they have already cancelled 4 times

Was an awful experience from start to finish. I thought the stressful part would be the physical side of moving. But no it was the agents and the solicitor that they recommended. The only agent I can praise is Toby at the knaphill office. He was a delight to deal with.

I have to say how impressed I was with the whole team at Seymours nothing was too much trouble. Amy, Tom , Spencer, Zo and Brett. They all showed professionalism and honesty when handling the sale. If you want an Estate Agent that really does go the extra mile Seymours should always be at the top of that list. No wonder they are No 1 in Woking
