GoogleDuring the busiest house market on record, Orchard By Bridges failed to find a buyer for our property after 3 months. Very poor communication from the Agent. No-one ever answered the phone, always voicemail. had the impression they were blocking me. Callback requests were ignored. Marketing ended with Rightmove and Zoopla. We even had to write our own House verbiage. 5 viewings in 3 months. Minimal feedback. One agent showing the house to a car enthusiast, had no idea the property came with a garage. Would not recommend or use again.

Hi Richard, Thank you for bringing this feedback to our attention, however, I am disappointed to hear you are not happy with the service you received. Our goal has always been to provide the best possible service and to get our clients moved. As you mentioned in your review the property market is at an all-time high and the demand from clients can sometimes mean that although we will always try to answer the phone in 3 rings “During the busiest house market on record” we will have to call the client back on some occasions, I can assure you we would never ignore calls as the success of our business relies on us talking to clients. The Orchard team focus on proactively marketing all our properties and although you made a decision to market the property at a higher initial marketing price than we recommended, our teams proactive approach resulted in an offer, albeit one that didn’t come to fruition. Regarding the comment about the garage, we prequalify the interested parties by arranging virtual viewings, this is what the government has advised we do during the pandemic, we also send potential buyers a data report which contains a copy of the title plan outlining the garage too. This is all done prior to the parties viewing and then we furthermore enforce the features of the property by giving the viewers the property brochure on the appointment.
