Absolutely top dogs in what they do. I own a property in Camberly and need a well run letting agency that are on the ball, as I live a fair distance away. I trust them implicitly with my property, they find excellent tenants and deal with any issues swiftly and professionally. I would like to particularly name Lauren and Giles as superb, and very experienced staff, the type of experience I have not had the pleasure of coming across in other letting agents in the area. Should I wish to sell, there is no doubt in my mind these guys will handle the job for me. Keep up the fantastic work guys. Oh one other thing, I’ve read about all the local charitable activities you engage in, I am so proud to be involved with you. Thank you.

My husband and I are currently in the process of taking out a tenancy agreement for a rental property through Martin and Co. Ben Luckett has been guiding us through this whole process and has been extremely helpful and professional throughout. He as kept up informed and updated each step of the way. Although I withdrew my offer on the property I enquired on. Ben Luckett from lettings was very professional and accommodating. Right from the beginning I found Martin and Co in Camberley particularly helpful. Giles came to see me at short notice, was prepared to dedicate a great deal of time and energy to explain to me the business, and I was glad to proceed. The team at this branch are very open and transparent, and supportive too. Liam Tappin was appointed as my coordinator and I can only describe him as a very kind, thoughtful, patient and all round good guy. Martin and co was the only agency that did not treat us differently just because we receive a bit of Universal Credit. They worked hard trying to help us find a house and a landlord that would be ok with it. Louis shows us a few houses before we found the one. Louis was professional, quick to respond to any query, very polite and friendly at the same time. When I set out to relocate back in November 2018 I already knew of the tedious task I had ahead. A million and one phone calls from estate agents whilst at work, questions and answers to a new estate agent every single time I enquired on a property. Fishing me into viewing everything and anything, even when told I was not interested.. Although I knew I had to relocate, I avoided pretty much all contact and gave up in the end with estate agents as no one ever got back to me with properties that suited my needs, which was vital. However, with a very patient, professional and empathetic Raymond Veljkovic I finally found a property I was looking for (and an estate agent I was happy to do business with). Raymond viewed a property with me back in January initially and probably gathered I had needs/wants back then. He kept in touch but not in a way where I felt bothered and hounded by his calls, emails (as I had been previously by others). Only ever with good properties and helpful advice. Ray also took matters into his own hands when my situation and budget changed and suggested alternative methods of deposit schemes and without this advice, I would still be unhappy living in a property which was no longer suitable for me. I would like to commend Ray for his fantastic customer service and professionalism from start to finish. Something so stressful for me personally has been made very easy and smooth sailing straight through. Having worked in a sales environment for just under 3 years, I am aware of how people are often quick to complain but not quick enough to applaud excellent service. Ray Veljkovic is a credit to Martin Co and Camberely and I will be recommending the business, Ray in particular to my work colleagues and friends around me. Thank you for all your hard work and patience, I will without doubt come to you again in the future on my next property hunt. Holly Yeomans.

Really happy with the service that was provided from Ray who saw us on sunday to see 2 hmo houses. Coming out off work to show us around and help us meant a lot and was really appreciated. We are in the process of purchasing a house through Martin n Co Camberley. We are already renting a property for last 2.5 years through them and now they are helping us to find our own first family home. Of particular mention is Raymond. He is indeed the best of the bestest agents i have ever spoken to. My husband and I, are more than thrilled with the level of support, guidance, understanding and general professionalism he offered. He always get backs and replies to emails amd calls promptly. I remember last year i needed a document urgently for my visa and he personally dropped in that letter for me at our home. He is very patient and finalized our deal in just 1 week and helped us in finding what we needed. We are hoping all goes well with the purchase.
