I've just sold my house through jigsaw estates and can honestly say they are the nicest and easiest people to deal with!..I've had a few previously bad experiences with other agencies and was worried about trusting another agency but from day one they were fantastic, Jon was our agent and was fabulous throughout, very efficient,polite,thorough and communicated regularly through calls and email. I could honestly not recommend them highly enough.

Jigsaw were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. They helped us sell our home and it was sold on the first batch of viewings, at asking price! David and team had a challenging job from the start, great property with the M3 being a little too close. They accompanied at least 20 potential purchasers around in the first 2 weeks resulting in 3 offers. More challenging times with the bottom of the chain but they held it together. We were kept fully aware of all movements "Good and bad" until exchange of contracts yesterday. Completion next week. Could not recommend Jigsaw high enough. Thank you very much.

There is no doubt in my mind that if we were to ever move again, Jigsaw Estate agents would 100% be the company I would choose to sell through. Rebekah & team at Jigsaw earned every penny of their fees (and more) with my flat sale. It was a complicated process thanks to difficult tenants which meant the team had to list the flat for sale twice, and both times a buyer was found pretty quickly.

GoogleI was very impressed by David's friendliness and honesty when we met to discuss selling my house. Having met some other agents, the difference in David's approach was noticeable. During the selling process (which happened during the ongoing difficult housing market times), David and his colleagues, Nina and Chris, were always honest, sympathetic, trustworthy and friendly. They understood the market, and once we had the pitched the house correctly, the viewings increased. I always was given immediate feedback, and it was always easy for me to approach the team if I had questions. I felt that they actually listened to me. This was evident when I was getting cold calls/leaflets from other agents who wanted my business, but weren't interested in what I had to say. Having agreed the sale, David played a key role in getting the sale through to completion. Being the one person who could speak to both myself and the buyers, he continuously pushed the buyers' solicitor to expedite the final sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Jigsaw to anyone looking to sell.

Jigsaw were fantastic from beginning to end. The whole team are amazing but a special shout out to Chris and Rebekah who expertly dealt with 9 months of problems from our onward chain. Selling a house may seem simple when they find a buyer for you (over the asking price) within a week of launching. At that point however, is where having a great agent is essential and in my opinion where they earn their fee. They made sure that our sale process went smoothly. Even when we lost our first buyer (because the people we were buying from took so long) they found another buyer within 3 days! We are finally in our new house and I have no doubt that it wouldn’t have been possible without Chris and Rebekah’s help and advice along the way.Thank you Dan and HannahX

Rebekah is bad ass! If you want something done, you need to use Jigsaw - especially Rebekah. We knew Rebekah from 4 years ago when we bought our property. We then decided to ring them to see about selling through jigsaw now we want to move. I’m so glad we did as we wouldn’t be moving without Rebekah’s efficiency, consistency and general bad ass to get stuff done! Moving is never easy and can cause alot of stress and anxiety … especially with a new born baby! Considering our chain was short (3 property’s) it had a lot of challenges but Rebekah has sorted out our whole chain including when not getting answers going to the very top of the chain to ensure dates of exchanging and completion were met. I can honestly say I do not think it would of happened without Rebekah’s authority and knowledge of moving house, she 100% went above and beyond her role as estate agent and my husband and I would recommend her and the team at Jigsaw to anyone who is thinking of moving. Any questions we had or needed help with she would respond instantly and always offer more support when we were stuck with certain things. Thank you Rebekah for helping us move house as a family and making it all possible - you are truly amazing at your job and deserve a medal for everything you have done to make this house move possible. GoogleHad a brilliant experience with Jigsaw. Chris, who we mostly dealt with was fantastic. His experience shows straight away and he’s friendly and knowledgable. We had really good discussions around the correct marketing price as our property was a bit unique. We ended up getting it bang on, had a good amount of interest early on and sold for a little over asking within a few days. He then helped us with the rest of the process and kept us up to date, chased the solicitors and the rest of the chain and we exchanged less than 10 weeks after going to market. Honestly can’t recommend him enough. Fees are reasonable and communication is great as he can communicate via WhatsApp which is so much easier (for me at least) than the agent we bought through who only used email. Great experience overall.
