This is the future of selling property

Without doubt the smoothest house sale I have ever experienced. I was looking for an agent who would be really proactive in the whole marketing process, be someone I could really get on with and trust, and actively manage the sale to the point of contract exchange - David shone in all these areas: his communication and transparency about pricing, strategy and identifying the right buyer was amazing, and he clearly knew his geographical location and business inside out. We had three offers in no time, and exchanged contracts in 13 weeks, and at every stage I learned more about what was going on from Jigsaw than our solicitors. David gave me confidence at all times that this was a project which could only have a positive outcome, even though I was based some distance away and was relying on him to manage it. This is not your average Estate Agent - you should forget everything you think you know about the profession and talk to Jigsaw if you want your property sold without being the agony it once was.

I’ve worked in retail financial services for 25 years and dealt with a wide range of people, sectors, and problems. Moving house is stressful and Estate Agents have a bad reputation. But Jigsaw have been impeccable. Ive used Jigsaw twice now, and as hard as this is to believe, on both occasions they’ve sold my house on the first viewing. At full asking price! I cannot recommend them strongly enough. David and Chris are great guys and we had very sensible conversations about pricing and listing. I wish the Estate Agent I was buying from had been as professional to deal with.

Hardworking and conscientious

I can not recommend Jigsaw Estate Agency high enough! The team have been courteous, professional and communicative throughout an extremely stressful sale process. This process has seen two chains fall apart but David and his team have persevered and on each occasion re marketed, gaining fresh and, more importantly, appropriate viewings quickly. Unlike larger agencies Jigsaw give immediate feedback and keep the client thoroughly updated throughout.Nothing is too much trouble for this company.I recommend Jigsaw highly to anyone who wants a smooth, reliable professional service.

10/10 Superb estate agent, fantastic service and a great team to work with

Having gone through the house selling process a few years ago, we knew which estate agents we definitely wanted to avoid this time round!We opted for Jigsaw as we felt totally at ease around their director Chris, a really genuine, nice guy with a great sense of humour too! Jigsaw isn't one of these massive estate agents with a constant churn of Saturday-staff etc (another thing that drew us to them) - we wanted to be sure that whenever we called up the office, everyone on the team knew our house and who we were, what our buying/selling situation was, etc i.e. no getting passed round from person to person or having to leave a message for the right person to get back to you. Our house sale was going super smoothly until our buyer suddenly pulled out just a few weeks before exchange, due to a change in their circumstances. Queue panic from our end - but Chris was super calm about it all and we had our house back on the market within the hour, a viewing booked for the very next day, and it was under offer again with 10 days - which meant we didn't lose out on our dream house.There have been a few bumps in the road, mainly around survey and search delays / complexities on the house we are buying, and a lot of pressure was being exerted from the top of the chain - but Chris always had a very positive approach to everything and kept us calm and informed, he genuinely kept the entire chain running smoothly throughout the entire process. There isn't a single thing we could fault about Jigsaw - they are a great agency and have a very approachable team, they cut through the bull and have only ever been honest and upfront with us, and managed everyone's expectations on a realistic level. We will definitely be recommending Chris and the team to any local friends looking to move.

If I could give 10 stars I would!

I can honestly say, I have never dealt with such a professional and friendly team as David and the guys at Jigsaw. We’ve had a very tricky chain (nothing to do with Jigsaw) but David has worked so hard - often going over and above - to get both our houses sold and our house purchase complete. We are very emotionally attached to our home and have dreaded having to go through the selling process. David has been so professional, so kind and very reassuring during every step. I can wholeheartedly recommend Jigsaw estates, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future and wish them every success as they truly deserve it.

From the beginning of our meeting with Chris I know he was the person I needed to help me sell my mum’s house. We did meet with other agents, but he stood out for me. He was very considerate of my feelings with selling the house right the way through. We appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process.I can’t praise him enough. Selling and buying! The perfect estate agent!

We were in the market to sell our property and found a property we really liked that was on with Jigsaw. I called Jigsaw to enquire about the property and within seconds they picked up the phone and answered all my questions. Obviously, I told them my situation and that I’m looking to sell, the very next day they arrived at my property and explained in detail what they would do. From the moment I made the original phone call I knew they were the ones for me! We signed up there and then and the very next day the photos had been taken and it was live on the major’s websites. After a few weeks we sold our property and was able to make an offer on the property we feel in love with and everything was going smoothly. Unfortunately, as time went by it was clear this would be a challenge due to reasons completely out of Jigsaw’s and my control. Nevertheless, David at Jigsaw kept going and went over and above of other estate agents I have dealt with in the past, I had regular updates, he was continually communicating with the whole chain and even took a few calls from me whilst he was away from the office. After a long few months we finally got there and exchanged. I have honestly never dealt with such an experienced and very professional company. I cannot express how impressed i was with the service. Thank you very much to David and the team at Jigsaw for doing what I would call an absolutely amazing job. I’ll be using this company whenever the need is there! Thank you once again David 😊

David Wanless at Jigsaw Estates has been nothing short of excellent! Very patient, good advice and always responds to communications in a timely fashion. Our chain took around 6 months to complete from initial offer accepted and David and the team did a great job in keeping all parties in the chain happy and informed. We moved in yesterday and he is still helping as a go-between between ourselves and the people we purchased off re. a couple of small snagging items such as faulty lighting at our new property. I can't recommend Jigsaw Estates highly enough - these are definitely one of the good guys.

A refreshingly great Estate Agent

We have just sold our house through Jigsaw and I would recommend them without hesitation. The whole team (Chris, David and Jon) were a pleasure to deal with. There was none of what I refer to as 'Estate Agent talk', just down to earth, honest conversation and advice.They always answered phone calls and emails promptly and, especially at the crunch end of our deal, were chasing up the rest of the chain on a daily basis, keeping us informed of progress at all times. If we were to ever put ourselves through the stress of selling a house again then we would definitely use Jigsaw Estates.

Absolutely excellent service and the Jigsaw team are all just great to work with.

We chose Jigsaw to market our property after Chris showed us around the property we wanted to buy - it was the best decision we could have made! While Chris was our main contact, everyone in the Jigsaw team knew our property. What can I say about Jigsaw...in a word, 'Brilliant'.From the outset, David put us at ease. He clearly has a passion for houses, and has an intimate knowledge of the Camberley area, which came across from the initial meeting, and subsequent meeting with the rest of the team(Chris and Jon).Looking back, I think the three of them took all the stress out of the selling process. David was our main man, and always kept us up to date. At 86 years old and on my own, selling my bungalow was a daunting prospect, even with the help of my daughter and son in law. Jigsaws have been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional throughout and always treated me with respect, explaining things as the process went on and doing this without being condescending or presuming I won't understand. They've been genuinely interested in our plans and always available to talk to however small the query. I mainly dealt with Chris & Jon and I know that for particular reasons the negotiation on my property was a bit tricky but they managed this with a successful outcome for both myself and the buyer. I visited their offices recently and was treated to a 'goody' bag ( now all eaten) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and hope that when my 'wing' of the house is complete they'll pop round for a cup of tea ! Simply the best !

After 28 years in our treasured home we made the enormous decision to move, not just us but also my Mum (who wants to write her own review) ...all of us planning to live together.So, dreading the process of having to deal with Estate agents we had a few round for valuations. Immediately Chris stood out as being genuine, knowledgeable and actually interested in our plans, not just paying lip service to get our business. So we chose Jigsaws based on that initial contact and what a briliant decision that has turned out to be ! Chris advised us early on to consider reducing what we were asking for our property to reflect the market more accurately. We were nervous because like everyone we wanted to believe our house was worth more, especially as to us it most definitely is, but such was our confidence in him, even at that early stage, we took his advice and soon our house was sold. Chris then stepped in to help with negotiations with another high street agent on a house we had offered on and kept me sane when the other agent was an absolute nightmare to deal with ! We lost that house and fate, with another helping hand from Chris, stepped in and the very next day we were viewing the wonderful house we've just exchanged on. This makes it all sound so easy but in fact it's been, as everyone tells you, one of the most stressful things we've ever done. Without Chris, and of course David & Jon, I don't know how we'd have seen it through. They've been there talking to us, advising, negotiating and lately navigating the minefield of solicitors with us. They're always been on the end of a phone every step of the way keeping the light at the end of the tunnel visible for us. Nothing has been too much effort or trouble, from a quick answer to a long conversation and whenever I've felt we were never going to get over the next obstacle Chris has cheerfully kept me going. Although their USP is the fixed fee service they offer actually I believe it's something you can't put a price on... .three friendly, thoughtful, understanding and genuinely nice people who provide an exceptional service in a very professional manner and don't hesitate to go the extra mile for you. Having dealt with the other estate agent early on there is just no comparison with the condescending, disinterested and downright disgraceful lack of customer care we recieved from them. Thank God we chose Jigsaw because I'd have been a nervous wreck by now otherwise and probably still without a sale or purchase to our name ! If you're thinking of selling then don't hesitate to use them and I hope from this review you can tell that you won't regret it for a moment.So finally in some ways though I swear we'll never put ourselves through moving for at least another 28 years I'll actually be sorry to say goodbye to Jigsaws ! We can't thank you enough guys and we'll keep in touch :-)

Stop looking, just call them!

All we can say is no matter how big or small our next property, we wouldn't trust anyone else with the sale of our property. Chris supported and advised us even before we had taken Jigsaw on as our agents, whilst we were suffering from being let down by another agent's incompetence. Once we had moved to Jigsaw, Chris gave us the same advise which whilst felt a little uncomfortable, he stuck to his word and it all worked out. We sold the house. However, even at that point Chris worked relentlessly making sure we hit the final destination of completion. Chris ended up being the only one that actually got involved when things nearly fell through acting as agent for us and our sellers even though they were with another agent.

An Estate Agent who goes the extra mile.

I wanted all the services of a top rate traditional Estate Agent but not the high commission rates that usually come with them. I wanted an agent with intimate knowledge of Camberley and the surrounding areas which an online Agent just doesnt have as without this, how could they possibly market my house to its best advantage? I got this and more with Jigsaw Estates. Chris and David are absolute professionals, and I would have been happy with either of them handling our complete sale. My first impression of Chris was that he didnt just sell houses but was interested in me and what I was looking for from the sale. Chris organized viewings, kept us regularly updated at all stages of the process and and worked hard to secure us the best price in what has proved to be difficult times. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Jigsaw Estates to anyone looking for an Estate Agent who goes the extra mile.

Jigsaw - don't use anyone else!

For all you TL;DRs - Jigsaw are brilliant.For everyone else - There is a view that the likes of purple bricks will completely disrupt estate agencies as we know it. This may well be true for cases where house sales go smoothly, and Jigsaw offer this postbox service if that's what's important to you. However, how many moves do go smoothly? Ours most certainly didn't. We put our house on the market, signing up between Christmas and New Year with Jigsaw - both because of the % rate which was much lower than other agents (but still offering a full service) and also because we had dealt with Chris as he had been the agent involved when we bought our house in 2009 and know about his strange passion to help close deals in an honest, caring, patient, logical and totally professional manner. We also only wanted to move on the basis that we were able to buy one particular house within 1/2 mile of our old one. Yes it's true that everyone uses rightmove these days to initially find houses they are interested in, but it's the agents who know how to keep calm when things don't go as expected, and it's they who chase solicitors (now there's an area I'd like to disrupt!) and come up with alternative solutions. Our house was on the market less than a week at the start of January before we accepted an offer, and we offered on the house we wanted with a completion for end of a February as the buyers didn't have to sell and the sellers of the house we wanted going into rented. That buyer wasn't able to get the mortgage needed in the end (no fault of Jigsaw who worked to try and find an alternative mortgage for them) and so we reluctantly put our house back on the market. A day or so later and we were back under offer and kept our hopes of the new house alive. our new buyers also fell by the wayside. However, a call by Chris to some keen buyers after seeing their house had gone under offer meant that within 24 hours we were back under offer again. Partly due to keen pricing on the house sale (no inflated prices leaving stagnation in this flat market here) and partly due to Jigsaws knowledge of potential buyers (and we'd like to think our house was also nice - but we are biased!). Chris in particular (but also David and Jon) sent and replied to messages in the evenings, days off and certainly when should have been with family. Jigsaw care, Jigsaw are honest, Jigsaw are professional. They are not the slimy suited estate agents who have lead to purple bricks and yopa, and they will be still going when other agents are long gone. Many thanks to you, we are now in our house and it's slowly becoming our home.
