David and the team are amazing, selling and buying houses is not a regular thing for me. So to have people that offer you advice and recommendations (even the one's you don't want to hear) makes all the difference. It's a challenging time and sometimes we need decent and honest pilots to take us through, David and the team did this.They came recommend to me by one of my best friends, so makes me happy to recommend David and Jigsaw onwards to others.

Clear & responsive communications made our experience as first time buyers far less stressful than we had imagined it would be. We recently completed a purchase for our young family through Chris Oakey from Jigsaw and we would recommend Jigsaw to anyone. Chris's professionalism and knowledge was outstanding which made us feel completely comfortable in our purchase. Buying and selling property can be an extremely stressful process however, Chris made this process considerably easier by keeping us up to date regularly and provide information when required but when not dealing with Chris, Rebecca and David were there to support wherever necessary. Though we sold privately in the end, we would not hesitate to instruct Jigsaw in the future.

“People buy people” and as soon as met Richard we knew that he would be the person whom we would choose to sell our house.There was no glitzy sales talk, no meaningless promises, no bombarding you with follow up calls - Richard was just calm, courteous and professional.To us, the major difference between Jigsaw and other agents whom we spoke to, is simply that Jigsaw treat you as a human being and not a statistic on a spreadsheet- they truly value your business. Having lived in our home for almost 35 yrs, we were worried that it would be a stressful experience. We can honestly say that the only stress we experienced was caused by ourselves worrying too much! We listed our house on the Thursday, had an early viewing on the Saturday and sold by the Monday at our full asking price! The stars aligned and it was all just meant to happen.We will always be so grateful that we made the decision to choose Jigsaw and have already recommended them and Richard to others. We had a fair valuation with a good number of regular viewings with high quality feedback throughout. Since accepting an offer we've continued to experience excellent service - proactive pushing of solicitors and upstream estate agents, solid advise, clear management of expectations or all parties and all with a friendly and professional touch. I have sold two properties this year via Jigsaw Estates Ltd. Chris and Nina were the two agents that dealt with these sales, and I have always appreciated their direct, honest and supportive advice from evaluation to completion. I did try a different agent last year, but customer service was sadly lacking, whereas Jugsaw were always quick to give feedback on viewings and to respond to any queries I had throughout the process. I cannot praise them highly enough and do not know how I would have managed this often stressful experience without their professionalism and expertise.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jigsaw. From the initial valuation where Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the market and my area in particular. There was no pushy sales pitch or after valuation annoying calls but I still felt like they valued my business. Both him and Nina worked hard to secure the right buyer for my home and have worked even harder to keep them onboard after many weeks of delays in the process. I cannot thank you enough.

GoogleRebekah & team at Jigsaw earned every penny of their fees (and more) with my flat sale. It was a complicated process thanks to difficult tenants which meant the team had to list the flat for sale twice, and both times a buyer was found pretty quickly. Rebekah also liaised with both parties' solicitors and made things happen when heels were dragging. I highly recommend!

GoogleWithout doubt the smoothest house sale I have ever experienced. I was looking for an agent who would be really proactive in the whole marketing process, be someone I could really get on with and trust, and actively manage the sale to the point of contract exchange - David shone in all these areas: his communication and transparency about pricing, strategy and identifying the right buyer was amazing, and he clearly knew his geographical location and business inside out. We had three offers in no time, and exchanged contracts in 13 weeks, and at every stage I learned more about what was going on from Jigsaw than our solicitors. David gave me confidence at all times that this was a project which could only have a positive outcome, even though I was based some distance away and was relying on him to manage it. This is not your average Estate Agent - you should forget everything you think you know about the profession and talk to Jigsaw if you want your property sold without being the agony it once was.
