We are looking to buy house since couple of years and with experience in market we have almost decided to cancel our plan. And then we met with Richard from Jigsaw for one of property. Richard not just arranged viewing of property but he provided us guidance at each stage and also helped in negotiating price. He made sure we get enough support from Mortgage advisor and also helped in each stage of buying process. Because of his help we are able to buy our dream home. I recently sold my property with Jigsaw and received a first class service from Chris and the team. From start to finish they ensured that all parties were kept up to date and kept the whole process running smoothly. Chris knew exactly which buyers to introduce to the property and secured a sale very quickly. He made sure that everything was in place at all stages of the sale. Excellent service from beginning till end

Finding the right estate agent when selling the house is important and this is equally important when you are buying one. I thought estates agents are normally grumpy but that was not the case with Richard of Jigsaw Estate Agency. Excellent service, communication and result

From the moment the process started both David and Chris were so attentive, creating an excellent video to showcase my house, brilliant photos and communicated viewing and appointment times. As we weren't able to do viewings straight away, Jigsaw block booked the most precedible buyers for a weekend of block viewings. I received a full asking offer from a cash buyer, 5 % higher than any house had sold for recently on my road in Frimley - the marketing strategy worked thank you chaps. Cannot recommend you enough. The success you are achieving is credit to the process you've nailed it!

Jigsaw have been amazing from start to finish. From the first valuation to completion of sale I cannot fault them. We had a fair valuation with a good number of regular viewings with high quality feedback throughout. Since accepting an offer we've continued to experience excellent service - proactive pushing of solicitors and upstream estate agents, solid advise, clear management of expectations or all parties and all with a friendly and professional touch. Simply the best!

Jigsaw have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Chris dealt with my sale and purchase and was just brilliant. He kept me updated every step of the way. He answered any questions that I had, and always responded quickly to calls and emails. Rebekah dealt with the viewings and was very helpful and pleasant. There was never a problem getting hold of someone to speak to. I can’t thank them all enough! I’ve not moved in 17 years and it made me nervous; I got valuations from 4 agents and I’m so glad that I chose Jigsaw as I felt that I was in very safe hands. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Highly Recommend - Made selling easy

I can't recommend Jigsaw Estate agents enough. Right from the start Chris came to value our house prepared with so much local market information and helped us so much throughout the whole selling experience. He made the decision to go with Jigsaw so easy and everything that followed proved it was the right decision. He secured 3 viewings before our house was even on Rightmove and it was sold in just over a week of being advertised, far exceeding our expectations on times and securing the value we wanted.Completely different to any other estate agents we've ever dealt with. Both Chris & Nina always kept in constant communication and both really went above and beyond to support viewings, contract signatures etc. I would recommend to anyone and would use again in a heartbeat. Safe hands David

From my very first conversation with David he impressed me with his passion and ideas for the sale of our property. A show day was organised, great photos taken and a really professional video tour, by Chris, displayed on right move. All this was arranged and the house sold within a week, with proper due diligence regarding the prospective buyers. Having tried to sell a couple of years ago and been led a merry dance by another estate agent it has been so refreshing to be in such safe hands. When I became frustrated with solicitors and problems further up the chain David rattled cages and reached a satisfactory result. Had he not done so I fear we may not have secured our dream home. Nothing has been too much trouble. I can not recommend David and jigsaw estates enough, they have been amazing.

The whole team at Jigsaw have been great during the process of setting and buying our next home. With 22+years since we last moved, David and Chris were especially helpful in, not only securing the perfect buyers within 4 days of going to the market, but offering advice and guidance throughout the process. We felt very comfortable just emailing or ringing David when it came to what to expect when viewing prospective homes in Devon. Post/mid covid, the buying process had changed from our last buy. Thanks for the help and support David.Jigsaw was great value for money. But don't think, because they might be cheaper than some of the longer established local agents, you might get a lesser service. Nothing could be further from the reality. They are very professional, experienced and friendly. I cannot recommend them too highly. Go Jigsaw!

After our first experience with other local estate agents a few years ago I didn’t think such a great service could exist. My husband and I came across Jigsaw Estates as they were the agents selling a property we viewed. David made a great first impression and after inviting him to value our property, we agreed to list it with him. We found David to be incredibly personable, down to earth and honest. We met Chris during the process and as someone else has said, they are great partners and provide a seamless service. We sold our property with minimal issue and were extremely fortunate that Jigsaw Estates were also the agents on our purchase too. Chris and the team at Jigsaw were exceptional throughout our entire move process. Chris went above and beyond what was expected in terms or keeping everybody updated and ensuring the chain didn’t fall apart on numerous occasions. The entire experience has firmly put me off ever working with a virtual estate agent, as without having that personal experience and opportunity to pick up a phone, we would have walked away from our house move more than once. I would not hesitate to recommend Jigsaw to anybody, and if we ever move again (which I would like not to given it’s taken such effort to get into our current house) I wouldn’t think twice about going back to Jigsaw.

Finally an estate agent with a modern…

Finally an estate agent with a modern pragmatic view of selling houses in the digital age! The reality is people rarely drop into their local estate agents to look for houses anymore - their first port of call is online searches via the likes of Rightmove and Zoopla. That means its an even playing field connecting your house with potential buyers and Jigsaw just seemed to be the only agent who truly acknowledged this. The last house I sold was 10 years ago and for some of the agents I talked to for my recent sale they just seemed to be stuck in the past with the promise of "we have people on our books looking for houses like yours" but still want you to sign up for 12 weeks! It's irrelevant as people do not exclusively just speak to those agents. When it comes to selling a house it is a fairly significant cost so I did my research. Not only does Chris, David and team at Jigsaw bring a wealth of experience in the market, they were willing to be creative on fee charges and in my opinion all through the process they went above and beyond traditional high street estate agents in communications and making sure the job got done, often at times having to manage other agents in the chain who were less than responsive. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the great service and genuinely nice people and would highly recommend Jigsaw. I have no connection with Jigsaw or it's employees but sometimes you have to offer praise where it is due!

We’re extremely grateful to Jigsaw for their professionalism and service. Chris valued our property and unlike a lot of estate agents he gave us an honest opinion and one he knew was achievable. He didn’t give us an inflated estimate to try and get our business. We sold our house in the time frame he had suggested. After we had accepted an offer Nina at Jigsaw was so helpful and was there for anything we needed, we can’t thank her enough for her hard work.
