Jigsaw Estates helped us buy the home of our dreams

My husband & I worked with the Jigsaw team to purchase a beautiful home in Surrey. Although it was a long process, we really appreciated how helpful and responsive Jigsaw Estates were to us. The service felt very personal and we felt there was a genuine desire to help us buy the home of our dreams. We completed last week and we could not be happier with our beautiful home! Highly recommend Chris and the Jigsaw team!

Chris has been fantastic throughout the whole process. He was very consultative and never at any point a "pushy" sales person.He was incredibly proactive once the sale had been agreed, constantly working with us to make sure conveyancing was done in a timely manner and keeping us informed throughout the whole process. As a first time buyer, I found it helpful that Chris explained all options and offered helpful advice when we were unsure of the different processes when buying a house. Fantastic service and professionalism.

Rebekah at Jigsaw handled both the sale and purchase of my mother's new flat, downsizing from a 3 bed semi to a smaller flat. There were loads of unseen complications with the paperwork from our side meaning that the process took a lot longer than intended but Rebekah was brilliant throughout with great communication - she did her best to help ease us through what was a stressful and complicated process, all the while staying professional throughout. I'm hoping it'll be a while before I have to do this again, but I'd have no hesitation in going with Jigsaw when that happens! Thank you.

We dealt with David Wanless at Jigsaw when recently purchasing our new home. He is highly professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Our chain was particularly awkward and I am fully of the opinion that we would not have been able to reach exchange of contracts without David's patience and perseverance in chasing up the other parties in the chain. A faultless and Easy MoveLast year I appointed Jigsaw Estate Agents to conduct the sale of my house following the death of my husband. From the outset they were fair, friendly and very focussed. They secured several viewings - most of which lead to second viewings, before securing a sale - all quite difficult during a pandemic! Throughout the process both Chris and David were helpful and considerate of my own needs as it was an emotional move for me since my husband had recently died. Once a sale had been secured Chris continued to "stay in the loop", liaising with my conveyancing solicitor and my buyer. All in all I could not fault their service or the professional, yet relaxed and friendly manner in which it was conducted. There was no "hard sell" and they were always at the end of the telephone if I needed them, returning my calls promptly if they were out of the office. I would not hesitate to recommend Jigsaw Estate Agents and I would definitely use them again if the need arose. It is refreshing to find Estate Agents of this calibre and I am glad I found them!

Outstanding Service

Chris at Jigsaw made the process of moving as smooth as it could possibly be. They had our house under offer within 3 weeks, and Chris kept me up to date at all times; returned every call at the earliest opportunity and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. There were problems not of their doing towards the end, but Chris kept on top of all of them and got us to our preferred exchange and completion date whilst under a lot of pressure. Everyone at Jigsaw were friendly, helpful and courteous. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them.

I cannot recommend Jigsaw Estates enough! From the moment David came to do a market appraisal, through to completion, I was kept well informed of every detail. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris and the team at Jigsaw handled our house sale brilliantly just before lockdown which was stressful enough without the added uncertainty of house selling! Given the circumstances, we were so pleased with Jigsaw and would highly recommend them. The house was advertised very well with really beautiful photos making me sad to leave it! Chris handled the viewings and we were pleasantly surprised that almost every family that viewed it wanted to make an offer. Within 10 days or so we sold for the asking price and managed to complete on the sale in May once restrictions were eased. Thanks again Chris and sorry it's taken so long to give you such praise!

I have recently bought a flat marketed by Jigsaw. See the review from the seller, Robert Holloway below. My first offer was quite reasonably rejected. I had an honest conversation with Chris which he obviously passed on perfectly to Rob. Second and final offer accepted, thank you Rob. From first offer to completion took 7 weeks and that was down in no small part to Chris chasing both sets of solicitors and us!If I ever sell this flat, I will sell through Jigsaws. What an amazing experience with Jigsaw…

What an amazing experience with Jigsaw Estates whilst selling our mothers apartment! From the very first very professional meeting with Chris to the completion date just some 6 weeks later their service was fantastic!We had 4 valuations on the property from different agents, Chris from Jigsaw being the first one and tbh from our first impressions after meeting him no one else stood a chance of receiving our instructions. The first buyer through the door made an asking price offer and we never looked back. Chris was on hand with advice & support and kept in regular contact all the way through the sale process!We cannot recommend Jigsaw and especially Chris highly enough and without a doubt would definitely use them again.
