GoogleSamantha Pryce was the agent that got me onboard for my rent property. She did a great job in getting all required tasks done timely. She was always available for any queries that I had. She went to great lenghts in getting me the best deal with the landlord. I would highly recommend her as your property agent. In the future I will be referring my friends and family to her.

GoogleThe whole experience of dealing with Carson & Co in Camberley has been positive. Debbie Godfrey is extremely professional and personally kept me updated throughout the whole sale process. I was kept updated from start to finish, with communication being quick and efficient, I never once had to chase for feedback after a viewing. My sale required a special security arrangement, the whole team were made aware and worked together to ensure the correct procedure. Regardless of who answered the phone, the whole team were always friendly, helpful and professional, nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleMelanie Williams saved the day after a very stressful experience of buying a flat for my son. Unfortunately, it happened to be a repossession so basically managed to be gazumped twice right down to last days before exchange of contracts. Melanie helped get it over the line but cost us another 10k which was not great. He’s in now so all good in the end. Be wary of repossessions is all I can say.

TrustpilotWarning - avoid this company at all costs!!
Tom is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. We accepted an offer back in May from a buyer on the basis that the buyer was a cash purchaser. We were then told in July that this was not the case and he was applying for a mortgage. Only when we were ready to exchange and complete in August the buyers solicitors informed us that the buyer had a related transfer of equity, unbelievable. We were told it could take up to 6 months to sort out. We were very disappointed about being kept in the dark about this so late in the transaction. Had we been privy to this we would not have accepted the offer in the first place.

TrustpilotScammed by branch in Basingstoke, avoid them
These agents in Basingstoke pressured me into making a holding deposit after seeing a property that I was interested in. I provided all the details for reference checks. They later came back telling me that my employers declined giving a reference until my probation is ended which is no fault of mine. I have contacted my employers personally on more than one occasion to get this sorted out, but was not successful. This agency contacted me requesting for a guarantor and as a foreigner, I could not provide the needed guarantor (UK home owner with £44k annual salary). The next few hours, the property was back on the market without saying anything to me about my holding deposit. When I contacted them, they told me I have provided false and misleading information (failed reference checks) which was very shocking to me. Avoid them at all cost.

The rest of the team including Lucy who has always been attentive and fast to respond with a lovely nature, through to Tom the manager who dealt with any issues quickly and effectively, made my tenancy one of the best I have experienced. A huge 5 starts to the team. Keep up the excellent customer service and standards, it does make a difference to your tenants.

GoogleI used Carson & Co Estate Agent's for the purchase of our first property. From start, Mr Martin Jakins and his team have been very helpful. They are always there to answer our phone calls and support as with any questions we have related to the property, I couldn't have ask for more. The sale agent's as well Miss Stepth, Debbie and Karina have also been very supportive on making it much easier, as been first time buyers we needed guidance on finding our perfect home. I cannot thank Emily (head of lettings, Farnham office) enough for finding me new tenants after poor experience with previous agent (a completely different company.) She achieved a 35% increase in gross rent for me, too! I noted more proactivity in 3 weeks from GPees than in 3 years from their predecessors. I was kept fully informed before and after every viewing, and despite most viewings taking place in appalling wet weather there was never a sign of recent footfall across the brand new carpet. If I could give them six stars, I would!
