Sadly another company that has not got the ability to communicate with new customers after repeated requests to co tact me regarding available properties, they do not answer the phone I am completely disapointed.

It has been a long and difficult process with complications along the way but thankfully I had Amy's support throughout. She went above and beyond in her role and made sure the process was as least stressful as possible. She kept me upto date and informed throughout the full process and when taking time off ensured I had support from a colleague Laura who was just as good. They are a credit to the team and if I was to ever sell again it would be with these.

Huge thanks to Gemma Horn, Stacey Billing and Ruth Dickson for making the process of us renting our new flat so smooth, quick and stress free. We are tenants of R&D, currently renting whilst selling our home. All in all, they've been nothing but helpful. Lesley is our account contact and Maddy was doing our inspections. Always helpful and responsive and have always been fair with respects to inspections. Being a landlord for a property in a different area, we wouldn't hesitate to use them. Also for any prospective tenants, they're a good agent. Thanks - if only all agents had such integrity!

Excellent communication from start to finish. Ryder and Dutton provided a thorough overview of the property we identified and the agent was well prepared during the viewing. Any questions they did not not know the answer for they went away and provided extremely quickly. Once an offer was accepted their weekly check in's from Laura were invaluable and ensured the process kept moving and that we had peace of mind throughout! I can't speak more highly of them as an agency and for Laura who managed our move!

Our move in day was cancelled the day we was supposed to move in to our property and the move in has to be pushed back 4 days meaning we had to arrange new move in plans without any compensation for the inconvenience. After this we where given one key dispute there being 2 tenants and now we have to pay to get another cut to make sure we can both get into the property, all the staff where friendly and helpful but these few mistakes caused the process to be more stressful than it has to be.

Ryder and Dutton have recently sold a property of ours, Nichola, Laura, Leanne, Martha and Kim have worked so hard to get the sale over the line having a very difficult buyer. We have used Ryder and Dutton in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
