They not only help me in maintaining my property but also managing tenant in a very professionally way. Recently my interaction with Lucy Clifford and Freya Mostyn was very pleasant. I decided to move my rental property over to Ryder & Dutton due to awful management from my previous agency. Leann was my first point of contact and met with me at very short notice in order to get my property marketed and viewings booked. Viewings were arranged quickly. Leann was amazing from start to finish, professional and personable and kept me updated throughout the process. Once we were in the application process I was passed over to Carmel who again, was brilliant. There was some delays that were out of her control but she kept me up to date every step of the way and pushed to get my new tenant in as soon as possible. After a negative experience in my first year of being a landlord due to the poor management of the previous agents, I now have peace of mind that my property is in safe hands.
