Avoid this place at all cost. I placed and offer giving the asking price for a property, I called 3 times to ask for an update only to get a response "we will let you know once the seller decides". Today I got an email that my offer was rejected and no option to increase it. When I called to discuss, willing to increase my offer significantly, I was told that I should have increased my offer even if it hadn't been rejected. 41 years of life never heard that before, that's completely against the laws of "offer and acceptance".Also the advice I was given was to always offer my top offer straight away, ok that's another new for me. Next time I will offer 50% above asking price to entertain myself and waste peoples time.
Dear Vlasis,Thank you for talking with me earlier today. As discussed, there was an exceptionally high level of interest in the property which resulted in offers from 14 parties. In this instance our sellers advised they did not want multiple rounds of negotiations and told us which offer they wished to accept and naturally we have to take our sellers instructions.
