I was purchasing my first house from Ryder & Dutton. Initially I found that I would get a few phone calls which would have been best directed to my solicitor and not myself. Once I moved from this initial person (Amber) to the lady who dealt with me more throughout (Geraldine) this improved a lot more. Geraldine kept me informed throughout and made the process much more straight forward and was a good person to ask questions to in what is a relatively stressful process

We had a few issues along the way with our sale and one of the move managers, Geraldine Marsden, was so helpful and informative in terms of the progress and updates. Despite not selling with them, she continuously provided updates, chased things for us and then as always pleasant and contactable when required.
