GoogleI am extremely impressed with our experience with Minors & Brady so far and particularly the service from Shania Wright. We had a professional photographer round on Thursday, the contract was signed on Friday and our beautiful bespoke brochure (made by Shania) and online listing was active by the Monday. It's easy to see why Minors & Brady are the go to estate agents in Norfolk.

Rosie in after sales and Kristen in marketing both did a great job at the beginning and then the end of the process. The marketing was very professionally done and got viewers in. Rosie kept me informed and kept chasing whoever needed to be chased. Very good service for a competitive rate, no complaints.

GoogleI must congratulate Victoria C on the speedy production of a comprehensive and well illustratedted brochure for our property. She skillfully altered and amended both text and layout in a patient and professional manner. She is a credit to have working for this estate agent. There was the added difficulty that she hadn't seen our property first hand, so thank you Victoria C.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

TrustpilotPatient and Friendly Continuous Contact
We were selling our flat in London to buy a house in Norfolk. The London sale was traumatic, but Minors and Brady (who were looking after our Norfolk purchase) were incredible every step of the way. It took almost a year from the initial offer being accepted to the final completion, but I received regular check-ins from the team, and a friendly, sympathetic ear when sales fell through, and exchanges were delayed through no fault of our own.
