We bought a house through Minor and Brady Caister this year.The branch manager was very helpful in getting things sorted. They helped us negotiate a good price.We had some delays that were not their fault but Cass at after sales chased it up for us daily. She always replied to my many calls and was patient with my frustrations! We are very happy and settled in our new home. Just bare in mind if moving to the area, Norfolk time is slower than the rest of the country. But it's an advantage once you are here to relax

Well what can I say.. these people are absolutely amazing. It’s our first time buying a home, so we didn’t have a clue with what we were doing, what to expect and what’s going happen. They have helped us no end, nothing is too much to ask with them. I want to say a great big Thankyou to Jasmine Fitt. She has been beside us every step of the way. Helping with everything, taking the time to explain the stuff we didn’t understand. Making sure things had been received and been sent. ( we had a few bumps along the way that wasn’t ours nor minors and Brady’s fault ) but she went out of her way to help get them sorted. Making sure we was ok along the way. She’s just been fantastic.
