M&B have been absolutely fantastic for the sale of our first house. In particular Rosie, who has been an absolute star and pleasure to deal with and was incredibly helpful in talking to our onward purchase agent to hurry them along for various things! Also Jack, who was great at explaining everything for a first-time seller and really great to talk to. Kirsten from marketing was also super helpful when we were putting the house on the market to begin with. I honestly didn't think it could be this pleasant dealing with an estate agent - I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and especially for first time sellers - they are so patient and knowledgable.

Macey is the best example of a good Estate Agent. She has demonstrated good practice at its highest standard. She has been polite, never judgemental and very professional and supportive.I have met and had dealings with many Estate Agents through this selling and buying process, and Macey rates one of the best. Nagilla did an excellent job facilitating the sale of our house. She dealt with all of our questions and issues immediately and in a professional manner. Gathering information on progress and hold ups she kept us well informed throughout. Cass was assigned to manage my purchase process following agreement to completion. She was extremely helpful, she chased Solicitors & gave weekly progress reports. She liaised with the sellers as required & was always very professional & quick to respond. Minors & Brady as an Estate Agents were excellent. They allowed us the time we required at the property on a number of occasions & were very supportive throughout the buying process.

Overall we were happy with the service provided by Minors and Brady. In particular Nagilla Santos who was respectful, helpful and professional during a testing completion process. Going forward I would suggest re-thinking who to introduce as buyers as our overseas buyer made the process so much more challenging and there stressful.
