A refreshing change from the average estate agent, particularly with his more modern way of marketing the house to the right audiences. He was very reassuring and provided expert knowledge to us and our buyers. He communicates promptly and is quick to reply to any messages or calls. GoogleWayne works so hard for all his clients. Very responsive to messages and quick to respond. From the first meeting to the professional photos he took right through the process he has been amazing. Honest trustworthy reliable and all in all a lovely man. I trusted he would sell my house after moving to him from a different agent where I had very few viewings. As soon as wayne took over the viewings were really regular and within a few weeks I had my offer at asking price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend wayne his service is the best around.

GoogleAfter more than one year trying to sell my house with different estate agents, we finally did it with Wayne Lewis. He sold our house within the first couple of weeks after hiring him, and hiring him was the best decision we could ever have made. He was there for us from minute one, informing us every step, and giving us his best advice when we were a bit "lost" among all this bureaucracy that entails selling a property. We couldn't recommend him enough. He is by far the best to go with if you are looking to sell your property quickly and hassle free.

GoogleWayne was fantastic throughout the whole process. Very passionate about what he does and he clearly loves his job. He was there throughout the whole process whenever we needed him and was always super fast in getting back to any queries we had. He was very reassuring and fair in how he valued our property and the photos that were taken for the online listings were very professional and of amazing quality. He made what can be a stressful time far less stressful with his humour and expertise. He kept me up to date at every point and made me feel at ease. He also recommended a removal van company who were absolutely brilliant. Really pleased with the service and couldn’t recommend him more.

GoogleI cannot begin to thank Wayne enough for his hard work over the last few months. We have dealt with a number of agencies over the years but none match his work ethic, his drive, attention to detail and willingness to put selling your house as his top priority! Other estate agents simply do not compare. He is there at any time of day (and even in any country!) to help support you. Every step of the process was a positive one and Wayne also recommended solicitor’s firms, surveyors etc who also turned out to be first-class. Wayne found lovely buyers for our home and he was even helping long after completion to locate our cat who turned up at our old address! If we ever moved again, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else. Thankfully our cat has stayed put since! Thank you so much Wayne!

GoogleWayne was the estate agent for the property we were buying. From the very start of the process he was accommodating and responsive.....even arranged a viewing at short notice on a Sunday as we were going on holiday and really wanted to see the property before we went away. Wayne continued to be supportive and helpful throughout the process. We had numerous delays with solicitors and our mortgage company and Wayne really helped by chasing for progress on updates and pushing for resolution. His knowledge and experience were also invaluable. I've moved a number of times and never dealt with an estate agent as driven, tenacious and totally commited to getting results. Would also add that he's extremely personable and down to earth...a real pleasure to deal with. If I ever sell my house again I wouldn't hesitate to engage Wayne as I would be sure that he would do everything humanly possible to get me the best outcome. Very highly recommended.

GoogleWayne was our estate agent for a residential sale in Caerphilly. Right from the word go, Wayne was attentive, responsive and got the property photographed and on the market really quickly. He clearly has a great portfolio of potential buyers as he was able to secure an offer by doing a viewing at the same time as taking the photos. Following offer, Wayne continued to be attentive and responsive and did an excellent job of proactively managing the chain and totally managing the relationship with the buyers on our behalf - keeping in regular contact via Whatsapp and phone call. He was very flexible with hours for viewings and would keep us updated through the process. Wayne made us feel secure, and relaxed through a what can is known as a stressful process. GoogleWhat can i say, Wayne goes above and beyond from start to finish. Needed to sell quickly as a property we wanted came up. He had our property up for sale in 24 hrs, photos and everything.nothing too much trouble for him, always just a phone call, email or txt away, willing to arrange viewings at any time needed and sold our house in a couple of days. Sold our daughters property quickly as well. Can’t praise him enough, if you’re thinking of selling he’s the one i’d definitely recommend, a genuinely nice person, but still very professional.
