GoogleWayne, Nick and the team were the best estate agents we've employed (and we've had to sell 3 properties in 5 years). I unhesitatingly recommend them and would definitely use them again. They were so easy to contact, so quick to respond, so helpful, so reassuring, paid so much attention to detail and really knew how to present a property. Rachel was very professional, friendly and was able to answer the majority of the questions I asked her about the property. She immediately put me at ease even when I was 10 minutes late for the viewing. Keep up the good work.

GoogleClaire was very helpful as I had to do a walk through video with my daughter from Australia and Claire was very patient pointing out any relevant details and allowing me to take my time so that my daughter was able to ask for relevant information and see each room thoroughly . GoogleFantastic service, fast, attentive, and provided by experienced, confident seller. The advert was incredibly detailed, with high-quality photos, far superior to those I’d used previously. Wayne goes above and beyond, working later than most agents to accommodate late viewings, which is a rare find and in turn makes the selling process quicker! I highly recommend these guys if you're looking to sell your house! Honest and transparent and work hard to get what you want/hope for. You are in great hands Thank you!

GoogleIf I could give a 10 star rating I would. Wayne and the team were fantastic from start to finish. The listing they created was amazing, the pictures and particularly the description was incredible, which was a key factor in the amount of views it was receiving from quite literally the day it was first posted for sale. Incredibly helpful froms the start and always available to answer questions. Rachel delt with most of the viewings and queries I had, and there were many with my property, and she sorted things quickly and effectively. If you have an unusual or unique property to sell, these are the people to use. I can't thank them enough.

GoogleI used wayne to sell my parents property he has been amazing sold fairly quickly within his contracted time. He has always been on the otherside of the phone at anytime you really do get a personal touch with wayne rather than a chain company where you can only speak in office hours and too many to properties/agents making you feel just a number. Would highly recommend to anyone. And not to forget Nick who done an amazing job on the house photos. Thank you both so much.

GoogleWayne recently sold my house for me. He was professional, helpful and very courteous. He went above and beyond (even phoning me when he was abroad on holiday to keep me informed of progress). I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to market their property properly and have done so. With over 7000 followers on Facebook and Instagram he reaches a wider market than the average estate agent. If your looking for someone who'll be honest with you and constantly in contact to let you know how things are going .. Wayne is definitely the person to choose.

GoogleWayne Lewis is an incredibly professional and friendly estate agent. I had 5 viewings with 4 different estate agents in one day and Rachel from Wayne Lewis was by far the best. The difference was incomparable, Rachel was so friendly and talked about different aspects of the houses, their history and was keen to hear our thoughts and follow up on them. Although the property we viewed with her didn't turn out to be the one, we cannot recommend her and Wayne Lewis enough.
