From the outset, communication was prompt and well organised - my enquiry was responded to quickly and a viewing arranged at a time that suited me without any hassle. Rachel, who showed me around the property, was excellent. She was warm, professional and very well prepared, with a strong understanding of the property, lease details and associated costs. There were all sort of problems with solicitors down the chain, as alluded to by Jordan, another reviewer on here, but Wayne kept marshalling them until we finally got the deal across the line. Wayne was responsive and always did what he said he would do. It was reassuring to know he was on my side fighting to ensure the sale got done. Thanks again Wayne!

Wayne has been brilliant - going the extra mile (far beyond our expectations) on multiple occasions to help make things happen, and to keep all parts of the chain involved moving. GoogleWayne has gone above and beyond for myself and my wife. We have been looking at moving to the Caerphilly area and enquired about a couple of properties, Wayne and his team responded within 12 hours and the viewings were booked. Wayne then drove us round the Caerphilly area showing us 5 properties back to back on a Sunday morning and also told us everything we needed to know about the area. Wayne is open and honest and extremely helpful!! Definitely recommend looking for properties via him and his team! ☺️
