GoogleStaff totally unprepared for viewings. Questions went unanswered and had no appreciation of the property trying to sell. Promises go unfulfilled, ie, return calls, transparency, fact checking etc..

GoogleWe received a professional, personal and worthwhile service from Dafydd Hardy during the two years (!!!!!!) it took for the house to be finished. They were very patient and were able to mediate between the seller and us without losing interest. We would recommend Dafydd Hardy to anyone interested in buying/renting a house in the area. GoogleDafydd Hardy are a pleasure to work with, from the initial property appraisal to the completion of the sale they have been professional and supportive. Selling property can at times be stressful but, working with Dafydd Hardy any issues were managed quickly and efficiently by the team in the Caernarfon Office. Should we need the services of an Estate Agent in North Wales in the future, Dafydd Hardy is the one we would go to. (Source : allAgents)

GoogleSue, Ffion and Sophie from the Caernarfon team were absolutely fantastic when we dealt with them in selling our house. Our house sold quite suddenly, which was mostly down to them and their hard work. Fantastic estate agents and a fantastic team, I really could not recommend them enough!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Dafydd Hardy, Caernarfon - it was a really complicated purchase , fraught with difficulties. Our contact Ffion could not have been more amazing - she worked round the clock, over and above to sort out the problems and facilitate the purchase.
