FacebookI was looking for a property through Imagine in Garston. Although I ended up buying out of the area. Paul Markey’s approach,experience and friendly attitude, proved really refreshing. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul, and all of his staff to anyone.

GoogleI'd be very careful using them if you are considering. I found them to be dishonest and extremely pushy. A horrible experience and wouldn't even consider using them again. I also noticed replies from them regarding negative reviews on other review sites that the bad reviews must be from their competitors. From experience I doubt that very much.
Like every other 1 star review we have, there isn't a single genuine client name that has transacted with us provided, nor an address for us to investigate any issue. To therefore describe us as dishonest is totally without foundation and a cowardly swipe at a small business. As such it is impossible for us not to believe this is an on going attempt to undermine our status as a highly regarded and leading local business, by a disgruntled competitor with far too much time on their hands. Any genuine complaint would always be given complete respect and investigated thoroughly.

Avoid! Never have I met more greedy people. All they do is lie just to get couple extra pounds of you. If you're already renting with them don't even bother cleaning and painting when moving out, they will make sure you won't get any of your deposit back. How? They sent clerk to do couple of photos when you move in with comment "everything good condition" and then when you move out they will sent another one who will say it's worse than normal usage! Even if it's better! I promise you, I didn't want to believe it but they did exactly that. Not worth your time or money! And the stress dealing with them is unbelievable.

GoogleExtremely professional and friendly team, they have a very good structure from sales to after sales. Even if someone was away they had a contact name who was fully briefed on my flat sale. Hats off to these guys, best in the business by far. Cheers Brian, Carl, Laura, Glenn and Amir.

Around 7 years ago, I rented my first property through Imagine. Looking back, they took advantage of my inexperience every step of the way. Lie after lie in order to rush me into decisions and squeeze as much money as they could out of me. I've never seen anything like this when renting through subsequent agents. The same people still work there now, and looking at the reviews, they don't appear to have changed their methods. I now actively avoid them.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY ENTIRE LIFE.The sales progression team need to be sacked and started again from the ground up. They lie constantly about dates and what they know. They only chase “once a week” even when things aren’t moving. If I worked like they did I wouldn’t last a month in my job. They’re scared to answer calls if they think they may not be nice calls and prefer to bury issues instead of tackling head on.If you want to buy/sell quick and easily I would never ever use this company

GoogleThis is the worst state agency I have dealt with. They put people in a bidding war against eachother and easily play you. Not professional at all and wasted so much of my time and money not to mention cause me a great deal of stressed
Horrible situation Sara and we can totally sympathise with your frustration. We are just the middle men in the process and do have to let our clients reach their own decisions ultimately. We certainly didn’t play you, but appreciate why you feel let down. So sorry this went the way it did and hope you go on to find a property you prefer in due course.

FacebookHighly recommended if you want to sell your home! We recently sold our house through Imagine. Initially, Jonathan the Hemel branch manger came to see us. He was straight talking, professional and easy to get on with. We felt that we would be in safe hands and signed up. Importantly, he advised us of the realistic best price we would get for our home as many agents will just inflate the price to het your business even if it would never sell at that price and would need to be reduced. A photographer was arranged and was over the next day. He was great and took some great photos of our home. Our house spec sheet was put together quickly and we were on the market within a few days. We then met Drew and Joe who are two of the sales guys working out of the Hemel branch. BI the were well dressed and very polite and professional. We had viewings roll in almost immediately and we actually received a full asking price offer after just 2 days on the market. Kelly and Hanan from the sales progression team kept in contact to do what was needed to ensure the sale progressed smoothly, who were really helpful and always offered help. In summary a great team to deal with and they sold our house through to completion fast and at the price we wanted to sell for. Imagine’s fees are definitely reasonable as there is no way you het the same level of service from one of the online agents. 10/10 would recommend!

FacebookSeptember 2020: I have 2 flats to rent in Watford and used Imagine's letting team in Watford to find the tenants and to set up rent collection. The team, managed by Jack Kingsley have been very professional, responsive and their communication has been excellent. They found me tenants in 2 weeks for both flats, they discussed the prospective tenants, they went through their reference checking processes, and they kept me informed at each stage. They need to really do their due dillegence on the prospects they bring in to view properties and have a better system in place. 99% People viewing our property were timewasters! no intention to buy or make an offer. Looked like they are just bringing them along to view many properties as possible, and to show the sellers that they are doing as much as possible to get interest. They really need to change their system on how they screen prospects who want to buy a property. It saves everyones time! For this reason I would not recommend using them until they have a system in place whereby they only bring in screened serious buyers and not timewasters!

GoogleExcellent service from Laura Howard who was proactive in taking the sale through to completion. She pursued everything thrown at her.,liaising with all parties to get the sale completed . I've had previous experiences of estate agents, this is the first where the agents have earnt their fee. Stewart Hall
Great to hear Stewart - sales take an average of 12 - 16 weeks to go through after being agreed so its vital agents have a set up to manage this period - but few do. Glad ours made a difference.
