We put our house on the market with Imagine in February this year, almost immediately 4 very smart Imagine employees descended on the property, advising us of market value (£15,000) more than a local estate agent, taking photos, explaining the process and giving us tips on how we could increase the chances of a quick sale. The house was visible on all media’s within 2 days. 2 days later there were 15 prospective buyers lined up to view. A further 2 days and we had agreed a sale £5,000 above the asking price. The process from selling to moving took 6 months as the chain became rather large but throughout the process Paul from the Imagine Garston office kept us up to date of progress and put us at ease when we had concerns we might lose our buyer due to the problems further up the chain. All together Imagine and their team were outstanding. Without hesitation I would recommend Imagine to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Ray White

I am horrified by their poor service, absolute cowboys. I will never try to buy a property through them ever again. As long as they get their commission, they couldn't care less about you and will act only in their best interest. As a result, I lost a lot of money and was very disappointed, be warned. They were most unhelpful and very rude. Bullied and railroaded, is how I would describe my experience. After I had a survey, they wouldn't even let me quote for the urgent actions that had been highlighted as very serious, leaving me completely in the dark about how much the work would cost. They just dismissed the surveyors comments, even though the surveyor is the professional expert, not them.

I had a great service with imagine I had constant contact with Amber, Harley and Sarita who all seem like sweet and very helpful and recieved quick responses from them. Where as other estate agents took time to hear from and didn't seem very interested! Imagine managed to get us into the property we wanted very quickly which was very helpful all the payments and the process was explained very clearly so I'm glad I picked imagine and would recommend anyone to do the same. Great company to work with during such stressful times , we sold two houses and bought one and these guys and girls made sure we were always kept in the loop and did go the extra mile when we struggled with solicitors, I still cant say it was enjoyable "it wasn't" but when you have a team behind you like IMAGINE its a phone call away for help, but go in and see them would be my advise , very friendly bunch and they all get involved if they need to :) well done team see you on the next move ...John & Oona

We have had a pleasant experience buying a home through Imagine. The entire process was quite well managed with polished professionalism clearly reflecting at every stage. What makes us particularly happy is the clarity and transparency with which every step was handled - right from the first viewing up to the exchange of contracts. We are first time buyers and therefore were not too sure of the intricacies involved but friendly advice and guidance from Imagine was quite forthcoming and that went a long way towards instilling the necessary confidence. You can't Imagine how bad they are!

Terrible service. Used Imagine to market my flat, accepted an offer and then incurred 24 weeks of delays due to their not undertaking appropriate due diligence on the prospective buyer. The sales progression is truly awful. I tried to chase up myself to find out the progress on the sale but they dodged my calls. I tried to raise a complaint but they take no blame for their incompetence.

Fantastic support throughout our buy, from being shown around a collection of homes by Dean, through to being supported through our purchase by Kelly. It was just under 12 weeks from offer to completion, and at no point did we feel unduly pushed. Lines of communication were great as well. Have no qualms about recommending the Imagine team in Bushey. Didn’t feel like your stereotypical estate agents, in a good way!
