The whole process of selling my house from first visit and valuation, to arranging viewings and providing feedback was handled in a most professional and friendly manner. All staff involved had a good understanding of my situation and I felt greatly supported during the process. Great to deal with helped with all issues to do with our move

We have recently Sold our property and bought our new one with Miller Metcalfe we found there service very good our property details were done very quickly and we sold our property within 4 weeks!!! the pictures taken were much better than we had seen from other estate agents, also throughout the buying and selling process they were on hand to assist with any issue raised and made sure our move went through as smoothly as possible. We would recommend them to anyone selling their property

Excellent!

We lost a loved member of the family and had to sort everything out very quickly, as we live abroad and were only in England for a short time. We invited 3 estate agents to value the house and chose Miller Metcalfe due to price (obviously), value given for the house but also on how we felt about the company based on the confidence we had in the person who came to see us. It was a great choice! We contacted lots of staff members during the process but all were up to speed and everyone returned calls if we needed a particular individual. They were efficient, helpful, cheerful and professional. Our only (slight) reservation was that the house did not appear on their website for a few weeks but it was sold very shortly afterwards, and we were kept advised of progress, despite a prolonged probate period. We were impressed with all our dealings with Miller Metcalfe and would definitely recommend them.

Above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Miller Metcalfe offered support and guidance during our house move. All I can say is that they made what is a very stressful time a lot less stressful. Just to know that they were on the end of the phone to listen to my concerns which they always quickly alleviated is invaluable. Their knowledge of how the house moving process runs from both personal experience and also working experience has been a huge help. They stepped in when it wasn’t really within their remit to do so, I was on the verge of total panic and knew that they would be able to and would want to help and that means so much. I would definitely recommend Miller Metcalfe to any of my friends for selling their house and have done already as their advice has been sound and they have made the process feel so personal which was important to me

Good at selling

We have used Miller Metcalfe Culcheth for both renting and more recently selling our property. They have always found tenants very quickly and also sold our property very quickly. However as part of the sales package they are promoting a company called DC Law who we found completely incompetent. By all means use Millers to sell your property but do not use Their package, get your own solicitors.

If you have property to rent - AVOID

Twice now this company miller metcalfe in Bolton have placed in non paying tenants. The first tenant cost me a fortune in court costs to remove, they overcharged me to change all the locks, and now I am going through the same process all over again and yet face more costs to evict. Please think carefully before appointing this agency to market your property to rent. Very very unhappy customer.
