Useless company, not even a single lead was generated by them. Awful advertising material created. When we attempted to sell on our own, they demanded their fees. Sent legal notice and harassed. We also cancelled the contract and sent legal notice for their non competence. Never use them.

Working with the blacks brokers was very good.The staff are very helpful in all aspects of the business transaction whether that be through sourcing additional information to build an overview of a particular business or down to breaking the structure of a deal to a vendor that's very old school in operating business wise.I hope to be working with them again soon on more deals and would recommend anyone contacting them if your looking to buy or sell a business.

GoogleNo real service here, listings were duplicated across multiple sites, consistently out of date. Potential buyers complained of being hounded by the brokers for no reason and when they asked for information it was either not provided or incorrect. It was only when I took all enquires directly and got them to stay out of dealings that the business was finally sold. During this time I was hounded for payment before completion for a service still not completed. When I requested them to stop chasing me and that I would notify them when completed the sale they started with legal threats. You would be better off selling your business on gum tree than dealing with these jokers, avoid.

GoogleI responded through a Zoopla link to these brokers and asked them to contact me to discuss a property I was interested in. All they did was send me an email with the exact same details I had seen on the Zoopla link ! Obviously they don't have phones or like talking !

GooglePlease, please stay way from this company and find other agent to sell your business. Go through the contracts before finalising anything as when you read their terms and conditions, you will find out how decietful it is. I wish I could give zero star to this company. GooglePlease be careful of signing up with this company !! I unfortunately contacted them to sell my business, biggest mistake !! They did absolutely nothing and I mean nothing. After signing there water tight contract and paying 10% upfront they literally didn’t do a thing I had to contact them to ask for any updates, the person who was supposedly looking after me was always away from there desk or in a meeting and when I did get to speak to him he never seem to remember any previous discussions Eventually I sold the business myself with no help from Backs what so ever Once they found out the business was sold they did nothing but contact me on a regular basis in fact I had never spoken to them so much after I sold the business myself they wanted paying in full for NOTHING I’ve had a few situations where I’ve not had great service in different circumstances but I would never give a business a bad review but I feel so strongly about this one as they want to take your money and literally do nothing for it .NegativeQuality, Professionalism
