GoogleI had a good experience working with Black business brokers. communicating and customer service is key when broking deals and the staff were very helpful in all aspects of the business transaction whether that be through sourcing additional information to build an overview of a particular business or down to breaking the structure of a deal to a vendor that's very old school in operating business wise. I hope to be working with them again soon on more deals and would recommend anyone contacting them if your looking to buy or sell a business.

GoogleSELLERS BEWARE!., accused me wrongfully of selling my business in 2018, and thus entitled to there "sole selling commission", of a whooping 4200!, which i had gave them evidence at the time they requested that i had infact not sold my business. they finally dropped there relentless pursuit of the monies, only for years later for them to start sending out the same letters again!. took the matters to solicitors which they had no response too, and decided to send the matter direct to bailifs, avoid this company for what its worth, there only "valuing" businesses as high as possible to get as much commission as possible, even when the business isnt sold, was also rang up numerous times to take my previous reviews down, and even threatened with defamation.

Bought a fish and chip shop. Thought the paperwork for the accounts provided were honest. It now transpires the paperwork was not truthful . I only bought the shop because of the 3 years certified accounts. Now that I want to sell the shop. I’m told by blacks it’s only worth £30000. Only last year they were selling it for £98000. I wouldn’t recommend blacks business brokers to anyone. Keep well away.
Hi Abdul, We work to achieve maximum results with each of our clients and we value the businesses we sell with the information provided by our sellers. A business value can increase and decrease and this can be attributed to a number of external factors. If you take a look at our recent sales you will note a huge variance in prices.In your particular case, we have looked at the history, the price differentiation is due to the fact only the business was valued, not the business and property, as it now transpires.
