GoogleThe service I received had to significantly improve just to be bad. Complete lack of communication, zero leads and multiple requests for meetings/catch ups/status update calls either turned down or rescheduled at the last minute. After waiting for 8 months to sell the restaurant and having paid the marketing fee which is the only thing they diligently chased, went to a competitor who lined up 3 interested parties in one week and 2 followed the week after. Now the business has been sold at a great price and two of the parties who didn't get through are both national chains. These guys are utterly hopeless!

GoogleI believe I received awful service from start to finish. Basic mistakes on adverts (spelling mistakes, putting the wrong sale price, listing OTHER businesses names within the advert etc.) were all common throughout the first few months, and should not have been an issue to begin with, let alone a prolonged one. 1 lead for 2 businesses in 1 year (that actually led to a meet, yet didn't go anywhere), an auto-renew contract, that when I tried to cancel, they then began threats of court to claim their commission, despite having sold nothing. I would avoid at all costs, Daltons are meant to be better I have heard.
UPDATE: Since writing this review I have been called again and told that the MD of the company has taken issue and is "seeking legal opinion on overturning the 'full and final settlement' to pursue me once again as I have given them and honest, but negative, review
