We used Belvoir in Bury due to a high recommendation for there letting services. Even though we have plenty of agents nearer to home. And was so pleased with the whole service, advice and professionalism from start to finish. They made the whole process so easy. The cost was very competitive. First dealing with Daniel who was great and then Shaz who emailed me ,phoned me and kept me up to date. A tennent was found and moved in. I give this review based on the fact I have mold growing on all windows and leaks in the patio doors . They sent “window fitters” to come out and nothing was done because the part was in accessible. There’s a breeze coming from 4 of the windows and there’s only 5 windows in the property. Still about a month down the line now and nothings been done. Will definitely be leaving asap. What a joke.

A fantastic service from start to finish, we have been renting a property for the last 15 years so it was a sad day when we were told we had to find somewhere else to live. Our previous property was rented through Belvoir and Daniel was always friendly and extremely helpful. When we spoke to Daniel about finding another property, and my anxiety regarding finding one in the same area we are already in, which is extremely difficult. He made me feel reassured and I felt he took the worry of me, he then introduced me to Shaz one of his colleagues. From day one he was amazing, friendly and listened to my concerns. He as handled our situation professional throughout, but gave me a feeling that he really cares. I know they must deal with a lot of clients but when I spoke to both Shaz and Daniel I felt that my situation was the only one that matters and that it was important to them as much as me and my family. I can not praise them enough and could go on forever. A massive thank you to you both. We feel that we have gained two friends and you both are a credit to Belvoir. Thank you Sam Clayton

I have lived in rented properties for 15 years and have used 4-5 letting agents in the past but none compare to the service provided by Shazad and his team. Effortless from beginning to end. Highly unusual for letting agents to simply return phone calls but this was never a issue nor did I ever have to chase. I would absolutely recommend Shazad and Belvoir and if needed will use them in the future. Thanks guys

I am very disappointed and annoyed with the house I rent from them. They make you sign an inventory that shows house is clean and then you receive the house in a disgusting condition. When you report, they delay or ignore your emails.
