Belvoir have let a property for me for the past 8 or 9 years and I have been very happy with the service provided from advertising the property when vacant, arranging the vetting of tenants and managing all aspects of letting the property including maintenance and problem solving for a reasonable monthly fee. Having decided to sell the property I appointed Belvoir as the estate agent and again they provided an excellent service from start to finish by producing a great advert, quickly finding a buyer and answering all sale enquiries with both sets of solicitors promptly. I would highly recommend using Belvoir for either letting or selling a property.

Even though it was a drainage problem the plumber was out quickly & now we await the Drainage Guys ... Andrew followed everything up and kept in contact! Thanks Andrew well done!

I've lived here for 7/8 years now and all of sudden last month they tell me i can not have pets when one the agencies workers agrees to that i could! But because I had not got it written writting to confirm they become fussy and wanted them out. I've had trouble with maintenance just letting them selfs in to do odd fixing jobs that needed attending too so I feel that is bad when I am a young adult living my own on occasions my partner stays with me from time to time so he wasn't their when one maintenance let them selves in so I just don't feel that good when you've ticked that you want to be present even tho I was in the flat he just let him self in with buzzing or nocking etc.

I actually live in London, but recently got a job in Bury and wanted to move up here. I couldn't able to go to Bury from London as I work Monday to Friday. So I use to phone letting agents to request to show me the properties over the phone so that I can finalize. But none of them were helpful and they didn't accept my request. Finally I tried with Belvoir and they took my details and never turned back to my calls.. I was fed up but fortunately "Mr.Shazid" who helped me in finding the property with in a day. He is extremely good and very concerned. He showed me a property in The Rock apartments and I finalized it.. Really have to appreciate Mr. Shazid for his quick action. Once again thanks a lot to Shaz :) I am very happy with the house too :)
