The move-in process was straightforward before I actually step into the house. Bathroom full of black mold Fridge and freezer dirty or not working Oven was extremely dirty Entire bedroom was full of dust and dirt. And many other weird issues. when reporting it, they take zero responsibility for it.

Sue was an absolute star on selling properties she never gave up and was very patient with buyers and seller alike 10 out of 10. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at Belvoir and specifically by Shaz. I was under a bit of pressure to find a new apartment and had just 3 weeks to do it. I had been to several different letting agencies but none of them seemed to understand the pressure I was under to find something in such a short period of time. When I explained my situation to Shaz he found me something that day and arranged for a viewing the very next day. It was such a relief to know I had finally found something and I wasn’t going to be homeless for a few days/weeks until I did. In the application stage I had a few questions to ask so I picked up the phone and called Shaz. He knew the answers to every question I had making my application go as smooth as possible.
