Shazad is the best agent I'd met so far. After learning my airbnb stay ended in 1 week time, he prioritised my background check automatically, writing me about where to fill in the form, and calling me to make sure I understand the urgency of submitting the information ASAP. I finally secure the place in time, avoiding more expense to extend my airbnb stay. I heard many story about how inefficient it could be in UK, but Shazad is extremely efficient in getting things done. If everybody is like him, UK will have a strong economy! Recommended.

The move-in process was straightforward before I actually step into the house. Bathroom full of black mold Fridge and freezer dirty or not working Oven was extremely dirty Entire bedroom was full of dust and dirt. Sue was an absolute star on selling properties she never gave up and was very patient with buyers and seller alike 10 out of 10. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at Belvoir and specifically by Shaz. I was under a bit of pressure to find a new apartment and had just 3 weeks to do it. I had been to several different letting agencies but none of them seemed to understand the pressure I was under to find something in such a short period of time. When I explained my situation to Shaz he found me something that day and arranged for a viewing the very next day. It was such a relief to know I had finally found something and I wasn’t going to be homeless for a few days/weeks until I did. In the application stage I had a few questions to ask so I picked up the phone and called Shaz. He knew the answers to every question I had making my application go as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend Belvoir to anybody, great service, quick and personal. Thank you Shaz!
