GoogleMe and my partner are first time buyers, and our property we purchased was marketed by William H Brown. During lockdown our vendor asked for the keys to the property back as estate agents were forced to close temporarily. The vendor informed us that the keys were never returned to her. On completion day Jamie at William H Brown informed us that the keys were now ready to collect. When we got to the office we were told they cannot find the key and that the vendor would meet us at the property with her set of keys. Since then it has been a consistent battle to get hold of Jamie, with numerous unreturned phone calls and still a missing key to our property. Our locks are still not changed and a month and a half since completion William H Brown are still avoiding our calls and complaints.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWilliam H Brown are very professional and very supportive when it comes to what can be a very stressful transaction. Our property sale turned out to be extremely difficult and the agent responsible, Luke Carter, remained positive and helpful throughout and was constantly pro-active, chasing all parties concerned. He kept us informed at all times and if he was unable to phone us Jason or Jaimie did so on his behalf. William H Brown have a great team at Bury St. Edmunds.

GoogleJade Rackham did a wonderful job!! I recently moved from the United States and didn’t have a clue where to go or what to do. Jade clued me in on a few properties that was within my price range and ultimately worked through the questions I had and worked with my new landlords to make sure it was the right fit. Don’t go anywhere else, Jade and William h brown are superb!!!!!

GoogleRichie (lettings manager) has been extremely helpful in assisting with finding new tenants for my property in Bury St Edmunds. I have found him to be much more responsive to messages than the previous 3 lettings managers I have dealt with at William H Brown. He has been really good at keeping in touch and giving me updates, and I feel that he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service.

He has the perfect balance of professional and still more than comfortable to talk to over he phone.
