Absolute brilliant estate agency. I have worked with quite a few estate agents and I must say William Brown stand proud above the rest. New to the Lakenheath/Bury St Edmunds area it can be frustrating to find a new home. When I found my place to rent, Charlie at William H. Brown was very communicative and helpful. Upon putting in a request Charlie organized the viewing and also stayed afterwards to answer various questions until I was comfortable with the lease. Having Charlie and an agency who is communicative and can help guide new people in the steps to get their lives started in a new area relieves a lot of the stress that comes from moving. Having had exceptionally poor service from our Estate Agent and many others in and around Bury St Edmunds and very very poor service from an Internet based company that did eventually sell our house, took almost a year though... We wanted somewhere local to rent, but time at this point was not on our side. We spoke with Charlie and he was fully on board with what we needed and how could he help. He found us somewhere that fitted our needs and was available quickly. The paperwork and communication was second to none.
