I heard great reviews about Richie before I even met him, and he did not disappoint. He went out of his way to help me move into my new place in expedited time, working overtime to get the job done. STAY AWAY! I will never deal with this company again. Richie was incapable of filling out the correct paperwork on time and spelling peoples names right on emails which has resulted in us potentially not receiving our deposit back because he has failed to do his job properly after we begged him for months to fix it!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Scamming people

Reviewing mortgage advisor Joshua Warner only. Josh was highly recommended to me by family members and friends who have used him as their mortgage advisor. Josh is an extremely proffesional and down to earth guy who made my process of getting a mortgage and moving into a new home very smooth.
