Googleit is not worth it it is just a waste of time especially mortgage manager Luck Horrex who is not able to fill in all the details correctly and because of which I lost the house I wanted, on the grounds that we cannot borrow the required amount. but just a week later I apply to natwest on my own for the mortgage and they tell me that I am perfectly eligible for the required amount. William h Brown please resolve the case and return the amount paid for which no service was done but on the contrary a disservice that lasted more than 4 months which were full of stress and lies

GoogleNot met a more competent and knowledgeable team. Went with Tennens and then leaders and they both couldn’t help but Richie and Charlie put a military chap in 2 days!! Got it let, amazing tenant and I know my property is in good hands. When I expand my portfolio I know I’ll keep it all with the same lads, they haven’t dropped the ball once.

GoogleOur mortgage advisor, Joshua Warner, was an absolute godsend when it came to buying our first every property! He has such charisma and charm and isn't just interested in helping you find a home, but is also invested in you as an individual - what you like/dislike in a property and all your wants and needs! He was very patient with us, considering we had several months of delays, and was always giving us advise, chasing up our queries on our behalf and sending us quick responses to our (at the time) worrisome thoughts. I really couldn't recommend Joshua highly enough, he is your go to man for anything mortgage related and really will go above and beyond for you, even when he is extremely busy and I am sure we will be using Joshua again in 5 years time when we need to remortgage.

GoogleFrom the first email inquiry about our interest in a property, Tom and Richie have been nothing but friendly, knowledgable and responsive. My husband and I are in the middle of a move to the area from another country and Tom has been flexible and understanding with emails, calls and video tours respectful to our time zone differences. Being a military family often times can be difficult to explain unique situations but with Tom and Richie, they have plenty of experience with assisting with coordinating all aspects needed for a rental and listening to our concerns and requests. Recently circumstances have changed and Ritchie has been there on the other end of the phone throughout helping me with my query’s and giving me advice. Not once has Ritchie failed to ring me back and has always done what he has promised to do. He has been extremely helpful and gives me confidence that things are in hand..... He is never too busy to take your call, even though he has a heavy workload, and is consistently polite, interested and efficient in resolving a problem and will not stop until it is sorted. GoogleJoshua Warner is an absolute superstar! I have used Josh on 2 separate occasions both of which have been for new mortgage applications, September 2018 and most recently, December 2019. On both occasions, I couldn’t thank Josh enough not only for making the process so smooth and easy, but also for the sheer dedication Josh donates to each case. I could not recommend Josh and his service more, his communication throughout is phenomenal keeping his client fully informed at each step, the way in which he explains and delivers the mortgage options is very reassuring when faced with such a big decision and no question is ‘silly’ to Josh. Josh has been available for contact outside of his core working hours which truly expresses his passion for customer service and his devotion to his role and company. For this, Josh needs to be recognised as I have never experienced such hard work from a financial capacity. On our first mortgage application in which proved slightly more complex due to an Underwriting referral, my Husband and I were working to a very tight deadline given the subjectivity applied by the vendor of the property in which we were buying. I’m not sure that anyone, other than Josh, would have been able to reassure me that there would be another option for us and I know that no other broker, would have stayed later on a Saturday in the way that Josh did, to ensure that we had an AIP to proceed with our purchase. This was the moment whereby, I knew I could 100% trust Josh. Josh really is a credit to his team and organisation and I am sincerely thankful and appreciative to have Josh as my Mortgage Broker.

GoogleJade & Richie @ the Bury St Edmunds branch helped me with renting out my property. They were fantastic. I emailed William H Brown’s generic info email account on the 1st January 2020 (bank holiday) to discuss about letting out the property. At 07:30am on the 2nd January Richie had already sent me an email asking when he could come around and talk to me. We arranged a day to suit me - he was very flexible. Richie came to the property, took a look around and then we discussed pricing, availability etc. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. What I appreciated most was his honesty. I gave it a couple of evenings to think over and agreed to go with William H Brown. Some of the other local agents I messaged still hadn't even contacted me by this stage. Richie came back to the property on a Thursday afternoon and took some pictures and they were online and the property was being advertised by Thursday evening. The next morning (Friday) I get a call from Richie and he’d already lined up 2 viewings and we agreed for Saturday morning. This is when I met Richie’s colleague Jade (who is as equally great). Jade was prompt, cheerful and very polite. Jade showed the prospective tenant around and the ‘now tenant’ agreed to let the property then and there. -The duo communicated well and efficiently -The property was let within 48 hours -They even managed to secure a higher rental yield than what was being advertised (through their connections with the US base). Jade and Richie are a credit to William H Brown Lettings department and I would certainly recommend them - a true pleasure to work with. From a very happy landlord.

GoogleWe had met with another mortgage advisor before we had the pleasure of meeting with Sophie. In comparison, Sophie was much more knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond; taking the time to explain all of the options available to us (which as first time buyers we really appreciated) and making sure she found the right products for us. Sophie was easy to get hold of and always responded to emails / phone calls very quickly, no matter how busy she was. We would recommend Sophie in a heartbeat, she has been a genuine pleasure to deal with and completely took the stress away from the mortgage application process. Thank you Sophie for all your help, you are a credit to William H Brown!
