GoogleAfter a poor experience with a large high street estate agent my wife and i had decided not to move....but then had one last throw of the dice with M&G. The experience could not have been better or more different to our previous experience. It was clear that everyone in the business knew us, our property, our needs, and more importantly, CARED about what happened. GoogleThe whole team at Mortimer & Gausden were absolutely amazing. They are all really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were selling our late father's house so it was a difficult time but they helped to make it much smoother and less stressful. I can't thank them enough.

GoogleLynn and Jen handled a complicated chain with tact and tenacity, making sure we secured the property we’d set our hearts on. As purchasers we felt just as valued as vendors. We don’t plan on moving again any time soon, but if we know anyone who does, we’ll send them straight to the warm hug that is Mortimer & Gausden.

We live overseas and the property was tenanted at the start of the process, so there were some different challenges along the way, but the team were flexible and understanding, kept us informed at all times, provided expert advice about the market and the end result is that we have successfully completed the sale.

GoogleI recently used Mortimer and Gausden to sell my 4 bedroomed cottage in Suffolk. The service I received from them could not have been bettered. The marketing and the standard of photography was so good that my house was sold in two days to the second couple that viewed. In particular I liked the fact that there was always someone in the office to answer any queries that I had and, being a small company, I got to know who I was talking to. They all took a personal interest in the progression of my sale. They are, by far, the best estate agents that I have ever had dealings with. R Birch

Nothing was too much trouble and the Customer Service was above and beyond that what was expected. We were kept well informed with regular updates - a thoroughly professional and friendly service.
