I recently bought an apartment through Mortimer and Gausden and it must be said that Lynn and the wider team were fantastic. There were a fair amount of hiccups, as in any purchase, which were beyond their realm of control or responsibility but Lynn did her utmost to keep everything running smoothly and the sale went through. There is, perhaps, a stereotype that Estate Agents are generally smooth talking but otherwise untrustworthy, but with Mortimer and Gausden this could not be further from the truth. The whole team have been incredibly helpful and trustworthy throughout the process and I thoroughly recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell in Bury and the surrounding areas contacts them forthwith. The team at M&G (mostly we have been speaking with Sophie and Lynn) have all been fantastic from booking the initial viewing to completion, staying in regular touch with us and our solicitor throughout. I felt I could trust them (along with many I’m rather cynical about estate agents) -to hold my hand throughout the whole process of moving and that they really understood me personally and my own vision of marketing the house along with using their own considerable experience.
