GoogleOver the past six months of conveyancing, Dawn Mayoh at Cardwells Bury has been exemplary. The sale of my house hasn’t been the easiest, however Dawn supported me throughout the sale and without her assistance and drive to get things moving the house would still be on the market. GoogleFantastic Service. Great advice. I recently sold my house with Cardwells via their Bury office and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was kept informed of every viewing that had been booked by text message and received a telephone call soon after each appointment with feedback from the viewings. Mr Chappell was particularly helpful with his advice about the asking price and things I could do to the house to make it more saleable. The whole team worked well to ensure that my property was sold quickly and at the right price. I would definitely recommend them.
