GoogleEmailed over a weekend, no contact so rang early Monday morning as was really interested in a lettings property. Was told someone would call me as they were waiting for keys - no contact 1 day later. Property now Let Agreed, a simple 20 second call to let me know would have been nice! Won't use this agent again.

GoogleTried to sell our home through another "local" estate agent, unfortunately this was unsuccessful. As a result, we were going to take it off the market and not bother. However, Justine Hoy, of Haarts, Bury St Edmunds convinced us that she could sell our house quickly. 6(six) days later our home was sold. Well done Justine and Haarts. Would recommend them to anyone .

GoogleHad a valuation of our house booked today but noone showed up. When I called they said there was no record of a booking despite me booking 11am. General poor communication. Often no floor plans provided either. When we did view a house with them in the past no follow up phone call to get our opinion. So we would not use haart to sell.
