GoogleWe have been dealing with Alex B whilst looking to purchase a house. He has been extremely professional and he is very good with communication. He hasnt been pushy and he hasnt used the cheap sales lines some estate agents use to get a sale and for that he has gained a sale! He seems genuine and down to earth, everyone should deal with him! They sold our home on second viewing, which was fantastic as strengthened our position to make an offer on a property we really fell in love with. We had a very quick sale which was great, but where haart really excelled was the way they managed and progressed the sale through to completion, that's often overlooked but getting the house to completion is actually where a lot of the skill of a good agent comes in, there was a lot there I couldn't have managed myself, or would have wanted to!
