GoogleGD Estate gives us great service and very transparent with the process. We got the house in no time and it was really pretty and nice house. They even help us to setup the bills and other utilities. The staff is very professional and helping, Highly recommend GD estates!

GoogleI have been a tenant through GD Estates for just over 13 years. Throughout this time they have been fantastic, very helpful,professional and friendly. If I ever had any problems they were always sorted promptly. Would highly recommend anyone looking to rent to certainly use them. Will miss the team now I have moved on.

Due to illness I had to move from the lovely home I rented through them and they were kind , understanding , professional and I would have no problem whatsoever in highly recommending the company . GoogleAwful experience. Edit - myself and my wife are 2 separate people that separately found you unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Maybe instead of worrying about your score on Google, you should concentrate on treating tenants in a more professional manner so you don't leave with a bad taste in their mouths.NegativeProfessionalism
As I explained on your and your wife's previous reviews, which I note have now been deleted, we were instructed by the landlord to manage the property on their behalf midway through your tenancy to include six monthly inspections. We understand that as your tenancy had not been managed by an agent previously you may have found this difficult although it was disappointing that you were not keen to interact with us and were negative to GD staff members throughout your tenancy even though any issues that arose were dealt with quickly and professionally. When you vacated the property, the property was not left in a clean condition for the new tenants and a small deduction was taken from your deposit which was agreed by your wife. You low review is not justified, we were merely carrying out a service on behalf of your landlord and to any business google reviews are as important as their clients.

Googlelandlord came to do an initial checkout and said we had kept the place clean and tidy. When we asked for our deposit back they decided to give us a cleaning charge of £350! Complained to Gd estates did not try to help us recover our money that's on hold.
The landlord of your property carried out the move in inventory and checkout at the property. The landlord advised us that the inventory signed by yourselves stated the property was clean at move in, when the landlord checked the property after you had vacated it was not in the same condition. As an agreement cannot be reached between yourselves and the landlord the claim is going to dispute with the DPS. It is unfair to direct your negative review at us when we have not been involved in your tenancy, move in or checkout.

GoogleDefinitely would not use again. If you go read the reviews at All Agents you will see many people have had a similar experience to what we did.
As we explained to your husband in his 1 star review. If you had left the property in the condition of move in and it was not dirty, damaged and in a poor state of repair your landlord would not have charged deductions from your deposit. It is unfair to leave a property in poor condition and then give the agent a 1 star review.
