Property manager Amber Dakin has kept me up to date at all times dealing with any queries promptly. I have been updated with inspections and most importantly I have always been paid on time. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

GoogleI am a landlord and I have been using Humphreys for about 8 years now. During this time I have always found they have a very professional approach to lettings. I have always been notified quickly of any problems or issues either with the tenants or the property. Administration has always been faultless and prompt. I have always found the staff members who I came in to contact with a pleasure to deal with. I was very ill two years ago and in my absence my properties were in their capable hands. I must thank my property manager Emma in particular, I have absolute confidence and trust in her and she is especially kind and patient with me when my memory lets me down. She shares in my belief of how important it is to look after tenants properly and fairly. Highly recommended.

I am renting, and when I have had any questions or problems I have received good attention, especially from Deborah, she has always answered me quickly and solved the problem. Communication with her is very easy. It’s an excellent real estate company, do not hesitate if you have to buy, sell or rent a property.

GoogleThis company is ran by a team of so called professional whom never book appointments in the book , never call back this is from the manager. ASSURED ME OF A VIEWING IN BURTON CONSIDERATING IM A DISABLED MOM TO A BABY. I DROVE UP FROM BHAM , TO FIND NO AGENT OUTSIDE PROPERTY. WHEN CALLED THEY ALL DENIED KNOWLEDGE OF BOOKING. MANAGER STILL HASNT CALLED BACK TO APOLOGISE OR TO REBOOK . BUNCH OF IN CONSIDERATE IMBECILES , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS SO CALLED LETTINGS AGENTS.

GoogleI've rented two different properties through this agency and on both occasions they have done whatever they can to keep the deposit when I moved out. Trying to claim for all sorts of fabricated damages. Regardless of who's right or wrong they will always take the landlords side because that's who makes them the most money. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. I'd rather sleep rough on the streets than take another property through these scumbags in suits!!

All telephone messages returned promptly (which you don't always get) and all correspondence dealt with quickly, from both solicitors. Great work Annie and all staff at Nicholas Humphreys

GoogleThe moving-in process was really smooth. However, they are unhelpful when it comes to answering queries regarding the property you are currently living in. It's unfortunate if you end up with Matt as your 'go-to' person. He seems to lack basic knowledge about the property's amenities and maintenance procedures.
