GoogleA huge thank you to all of you for the various parts you played in selling our house. From the unexpected valuation (so much better than we had been led to believe), organised viewings, selling so quickly (for the asking price), coping with me getting anxious when solicitors were not always on the ball. I cannot say thank you enough. I would say to everyone, do not be blinded by cheap, flashy web based agencies. Literally these people did everything to make this sale happen and it was worth every penny. I am currently trying to buy a property that is being marketed by on line agency and it truly is a nightmare however it has made me appreciate the work done by the team at Your Move even more!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI have recently bought a house through an online auction with this branch of Your Move. The process was really easy and I had a great service from both Amanda & John. They were always happy to organise viewings for me during the purchase process so that I could get quotes for work that needed doing which allowed me to organise a builder to go in and start work on the day we completed the purchase which has saved me a lot of time and money. It was a pleasure working with them both and I wouldn’t hesitate in buying (or selling) through them again.

We recently contacted Your Move Burton on Trent as they sold our next door neighbors property very quickly and we we're unhappy with the service from our current agent (Seekers).. We were impressed by the Your Move branches professionalism, friendly and helpful staff in their office and the gentleman who came to value our house was very well prepared; he had researched similar property prices in the immediate area and printed off a copy of our epc certificate. You would think this is standard practice, however a couple of other agents who came to value the house didn't come prepared. For now, we haven't gone with Your Move, instead we've chosen to go with the agents that are selling the house we'd like to buy. However, if we are unable to sell with the current agent, we will probably turn to Your Move as we have a gut feeling that they probably have the best contact list of potential buyers. Only criticism from us is that the commission fees were a little steep compared with most agents in the area, but I suppose you "get what you pay for".
