It’s always good to see great reviews when you use a company and I can honestly say using Your Move in Burton on Trent was the best decision. I cannot recommend highly enough, Ian and Zoe were always professional, always did what they said, completely reliable and although it’s been a slow process (nothing at all to do with them), they kept me updated on a regular basis. Iain suggestions on marketing and pricing made it an easy decision to make and from managing the sale remotely Zoe has been excellent in communicating the sale process. Although a sale fell through, the team soon found another purchaser who had previously seen the property. Zoe and Leah at your move Burton-on-Trent were amazing throughout the whole process of the sale of my house. It was a very quick process from the valuation stage to getting the house on the market. I was regularly updated on the stage of everyone in the chain. They were both always very attentive, polite and nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt the best in and around Burton! Zoe and Iain worked endlessly to get my sale of a leasehold property over the line, even with an S20 building works order they still secured the offer price given! I had the pleasure of dealing of the whole team at the Burton branch. Due to my upward purchase falling through Zoe and Gavin kept my sale going and got my buyer to Let back my property to me! In the meantime Zoe got me the house I wanted in the exact location. Whenever Zoe or Iain were unavailable, Leah was always on hand and in the know with information on the case so I was always kept up to date. Gavin worked up all the papers for a temporary Let in no time, while Zoe pushed my purchase constantly and kept me updated on a regular basis, 2 months later Iain handed me the keys to my new home. This was not your regular simple sell and buy but these guys made it look easy! They also made me feel like a member of their team, I don't think you can ask for much more from an estate agent. From the initial valuation with Amanda, through to the tireless work of Zoe, and manager Iain when Zoe was out of the office. The process was made smooth and nothing was ever too much trouble! Zoe was a star ⭐️ she kept us up to date with every step of the process. Zoe worked tirelessly to get our sale over the line, she was endlessly chasing information from buyers and solicitors. In fact, Zoe informed us than our own solicitor and we didn’t have to chase her for updates, which massively helped alleviate the stress of selling and buying property.
