We recently bought a house where the sellers were using Newton Fallowell and honestly they were great throughout the whole process. Craig handled the sale and was really helpful from start to finish. Even though we weren’t technically his clients, he always kept us in the loop and was happy to answer any questions whenever we called. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He did a lot of chasing behind the scenes to help get things moving and pushed the sale over the line, which we really appreciated. We’re really grateful for all his help and would definitely recommend them based on our experience.

Ben and Jayne have been brilliant with arranging our tenancy agreement. Very friendly with fast responses, a very smooth process overall! Thank you. Coming back having just finished our tenancy with Newton Fallowell - Ben and Jayne have yet again been amazing throughout our tenancy. They have been quick to reply to emails and fix any problems as they came up, including replacing wooden windows and a leaking shower! They are both lovely and have been very accommodating and understanding. The end of tenancy has been such an easy process, with lots of flexibility and they were both very respectful when booking in viewings for the house. We have been renting with Newton Fallowell for over 12 months now and I can’t recommend them enough. At the start, Jayne was very helpful in arranging the property viewing and then in getting all the formalities sorted and getting us moved in quickly. Since then, they have always been quick to respond to any requests we’ve had, even replacing our electric shower when it started leaking. Ben has been very accommodating and understanding when they needed to book check-ins at the property. Both Jayne and Ben have always been helpful to us over the phone and in person. I would 100% recommend using Newton Fallowell as an estate agent.

Jayne and Ben were amazing in finding our new home. Very quick turn around in doing checks etc ready for us moving in. We viewed our new home on the 9th of may and we had the keys and were moved in by the 22nd of May. All staff have been so friendly and helpful in our journey moving into our new home. We also have a integrated dishwasher which we found didn't work and within 24 hours they had sent somebody out to try and fix it but found they couldn't so had a new one ordered. Great service all round would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking to move.

Everything has to be done by email … woman working from home going through the forms apparently - ridiculously unprofessional . Anybody in any other Newton Fallowell department - unhelpful , stating they are nothing to do with Rentals .. abysmal . Didn’t even deserve the one star - not sure now that we’d want to rent from such a company / landlord

Great experience so far: Most agents will offer you a price that they know is 10% over the price that you will get. They do this to get your business, and to win you by allowing you to see money signs. Often this trap is easy to fall for. Unfortunately, the over inflated price agent locks you in for usually for 12-16 weeks. Sometimes by being overpriced, this ruins the house being on the market in that 12 week lock in period unsold. The house is then seen as a tainted property that’s been listed for a while. Do not fall for the hype of other agents that do this. If you’re being valued by someone, often the highest price comes with additional charges in the contract and a whole range of other issues. Newton Fallowells contract is straight forward, and legit. You can tell the best agents as they understand the area, the market, where house prices are. They will price your house fairly and this will lead to genuine interest compared to all of the 10% over priced houses that certain local estate agents use the tactics of. Newton Fallowell have been upfront and honest and knowledgeable and this is what is needed in an agent. They have been fair and honest and do understand the market. They have accommodated our needs and produce a better service. The inclusion of floor plans, videos of the property, viewings (with no additional cost) and understanding of the market has been better than our experience with other local agents. When considering other agents locally, don’t fall for the promising the world, and see the red flags. Choose a sensible and legitimate agent like NF for a guaranteed sensible option. The agents with the highest volume of signs up around the area are not always the best. If they have the most signs up, question if that’s because they’re not selling and it’s because they’ve taken your business to ensure they get the fee at the end of the day by promising the biggest valuation / price. Newton Fallowell sell houses, not dreams and that’s what a reliable agent is good at.

They have been absolute lifesavers after a totally awful start to selling and having to change agents due to issues with the housing authorities agents incompetence, we opted for them. The process took almost a year to sell. Everyone at Newton Fallowell consistently went above and beyond at all times to get it to process as quick as was possible. They were absolutely brilliant in every way and a special shout out to Ben Foley and Simon for all there hard work dealing with solicitors, the housing association and the buyer!
