The Fairways experience

We received a new house in December, and this is the first time we bought a property when we came to the UK. We hired a surveyor and found some snags. I was a little worried at the time, but luckily Isaac is here, he is very professional, friendly and helpful, he followed up and arranged all repairs for us along the way, very efficient, we are very happy. Everyone on the site team is great, especially Isaac, Helen and Sarah.

Winnington Place: A Great Homebuying Experience

The team at Winnington Place provided a great experience from beginning to end. As a solo buyer, I felt incredibly confident and comfortable working with them. They genuinely prioritise their customers and ensure you receive excellent value for your money. I want to specifically thank Kelly and Marie for their expert guidance during the purchase and Keith, the site manager, whose handling of the home demo and snagging issues was simply brilliant. They were always happy to help with my requests and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The standard of the build is very good, reflecting a solid and well-executed construction. Regret buying through Anwyl Homes

Sales team at Victoria Mills Holmes Chapel such as Tom and Alex were great. Big delays in completion of the house being build cost us thousands more! Once we had the keys they don't really care about your concerns. Issac helped where he could but the complaints procedure are poor and they don't resolve anything. Really poor driveway and I regret the whole experience with Anwyl at Victoria Mills. I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

The Fairways experience

We have recently moved into our new home on the Fairways in Handforth. We have not owned a new build property before but the whole process with Anwyl from reservation to moving in has been faultless. The sales team were absolutely excellent - specifically Sarah, Helen and Alex. They were professional, friendly, helpful and supportive with our concerns and queries. Most importantly, we cannot praise or thank Gaz, our site manager, enough for all of his patience, hard workand enthusiasm in making sure our house was perfect both when moving in and subsequently. He has dealt with any concerns and issues we have had with the house promptly, professionally and always with a smile! Nothing seems too much trouble and we are so grateful. He is without a doubt the best part of our experience with Anwyl thus far.

Highly recommend

We recently moved into our beautiful Anwyl home on the Priory Gardens development. We are absolutely made up with the house and it’s position on the estate overlooking fields. The sales team really looked after us - Steph and Sam were so lovely and kept us regularly updated re progress. They were so good when we encountered a bit of a bump early on in the process and we were so grateful. Nigel also needs a mention. He was also lovely and really helpful. The house is really good quality and even the meter fitter from United Utilities told us that they are a very good builder. I highly recommend Anwyl to anyone looking for a new build or moving to lovely Burscough!

Pointing job

Called Anwyl up today spoke to Sophie about a bit of pointing I noticed needed doing, she informed me a guy was on the site a sent him round straightaway. I appreciated the speed in which this was sorted, a guy called Peter called round within 30 mins an sorted it out and a bit more he noticed, he was very clean an polite an respected my property, Peter is a credit to Anwyl he just got on with it an did a perfect job.So a massive thank you to Sophie for being on the ball so quickly and sending Peter round, an also a massive thanks to Peter for doing the job straightaway and perfectly, he also left the place as it was, spotless.Thanks a million ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I want to thank the Anwyl Technicians Chris & Pete…

I want to thank the Anwyl Technicians for the work that has recently taken place at our property. The teams were Chris & Pete mainly with Josh and Richard each attending for one day. Chris and Pete especially have gone above and beyond expectations to ensure ALL issues listed are rectified to the highest standard. The way in which they communicated what was happening and why what they were doing would fix the issues raised, made us feel confident we will now be able to live in the house we bought with the standards we saw in the show homes. I would recommend Chris and Pete to any Anwyl customer. I am sure the other engineers provide the same service, but my comments can only be made to those we have interacted with. Chris and Pete are yet to return to resolve one final issue and I am confident I can say I know this will be done to a very high standard.

Professional service throughout.

We had a door that wouldn’t shut properly, I called Anwyl homes to book a technician in to fix the problem.Anwyl sent a gentleman named Paul Higham to carry out the work.Paul was very profession, communicated clearly the work involved and the timescale it would take to complete. Seeing as the door was scheduled to be removed for most of the day, Paul advised that we remove the children from the home as it’s -3 outside, he used the side access oppose to walking through the house multiple times and cleaned up after himself, along with painting the door frame before he left.If only all work men that come to your home was as good as Paul, the stress of work being carried out wouldn’t exist! Very happy customer and thank you Anwyl homes for such a professional service!

Marie and Kelly, the sales advisors, were very welcoming and informative. Very patient as I spent ages choosing my kitchen and bathroom options.Scott and Keith, the builders, have been excellent in fixing little snags. From my first meeting with Claire back in March to August when I moved into my new home, Anwyl have been amazing to deal with. The purchase of my house was easy and the sales team, Claire & Natasha were always in contact with me and supported me fully.Since moving in I have had a few issues as you do with a new build house and the building team have been great. Anwyl Handforth - 4 week call sign off

Following completion of our lovely new build, we were invited to a 4 week appointment where any snags we had found were discussed and recorded. There were a number of snags found however the site managers and workers have been very helpful and the snags have now fully been resolved within a quick timeframe. Isaac, assistant site manager has been particularly helpful in organising the work needed and has been very proactive to resolve the snags and sign us off in a professional and friendly manner. We were kept informed throughout the process and are very happy with our new home.

From the moment I reserved my Anwyl home I found the whole experience very organised and professional. Gyllian kept me updated on the build along the way and whenever I had a query was only too happy to deal with it. She took time to explain in great detail about the plot and when I came to my choices appointment was full of great advice . handing over the house

I have been in my pulford home on The Fairways estate in Hand forth for the last 8weeks. I had the smoothest journey from the first visit to site just over 9months ago. I have dealt with Helen, Alex and Sarah and Carl in the sales office, they’ve all been very helpful ,informative patient and welcoming throughout my several visits to the sales office .Carl have been very helpful in the past few weeks when I had some difficulties The house itself was pretty perfect, yes there were few issues was dealt immediately by Issac {the great man} .every time you ring him, he is there with a helping hand and smile on his face Nothing is too much trouble for him .very committed person .Anwyl homes are lucky to have him as an employee Only one thing I would like Anwyl to look into would be outdoor lighting due to the fact that I am at the edge of site with a passage and fields in front of the house and at night the whole cul-de-sac is pitch black which does make me feel a little vulnerable. also the house is facing to a road where there are many people walking around .Hopefully Anwyl will look in to things and solve the problem .Also I would recommend that the outside of the house presentation can be improved too Overall I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Anwyl Homes to anyone considering buying a new build home. they are nice houses .

Loving our new Anwyl Home

We have been in our Oakmere home on The Fairways estate in Handforth for 6 weeks. We have honestly had the smoothest journey from the first visit to site just over a year ago. We’ve dealt with Helen, Alex, Will and Sarah in the sales office, they’ve all been incredibly helpful, patient and welcoming throughout our numerous visits to pop in to the show home ‘again!’Despite being told we’d be in by the end of September we never really believed it, having been endlessly warned that you never get in a new build on time! We were in bang on time. The house itself was pretty perfect, yes there were a handful of issues but nothing of any great importance and Gaz and Isaac and their wider team were always on hand to arrange for contractors to get in to sort the snags out. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Only one thing we would like Anwyl to look into would be outdoor lighting due to the fact we are at the edge of site with a passage and fields in front of us and at night the whole cul-de-sac is pitch black which does make us feel a little vulnerable. Overall we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Anwyl Homes to anyone considering buying a new build home. We couldn’t be happier!HOWEVER, PLS, the solicitors Anwyl recommend who we used for both our sale and purchase have been absolutely terrible, very unprofessional, careless and difficult to communicate with. Everything we have asked about or to be done has been answered & attended to. The house spec is the best we've had in a new home. The lads on the site were very courteous to us and our home.
