30 mins to get through the "switchboard" . When you get through very abrupt and not at all sales focused. I went in a couple of years ago to the office and asked for some details to be sent about 2 properties and I have never received them. I WILL NOT BE CONTACTING EVER AGAIN! SHOCKING!

A fantastic friendly professional service from the initial valuation through to completion - sold in just 3 days and completed in under 12 weeks. Charlotte McEvoy in sales progression worked tirelessly to achieve this and couldn’t have done more for the whole chain. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend as have done already.Thank you.

Have totally ignored my complaints about a creepy weirdo on the second floor spying on me for no reason from a house im attached to. You cant private rent to decent people while he lives in the house.

Rubbish at selling! Didn't notify me of a house I looked at when it's sale fell through... Sent me email today saying they are making my account inactive because they have been attempting to call me and not got an answer... Yet I haven't had one call from them in months!! Obviously they can't really be bothered for customers! Says if I want to reactivate account I have to phone them!!

Lovetts recently sold one of my properties, first time I've ever used them and can't recommend them enough. They were great to deal with, the staff were very pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. Also the photographs were fantastic, they really made my property stand out from the rest which really helped in securing plenty of viewings. Would definitely use again!
