Googlehorrendous greedy Estate agents. lost us our dream home due to wanting more money for us to use there mortgage advisor. we chose lovetts as the house we wanted was with them. we sold ours and when we got our mortgage in principal they had queries about nothing.apparently just wanted to make it as concrete as possible. however if you appoint a solicitor and have a mortgage in principal I don't see what else you need. this took them 3 days to no avail but a phone call saying its bad news, the house has gone! why? because the didnt put anything through because all they wanted was for us to use there mortgage advisor to gain more money. however the other estate agents got the call and immediately got it sold subject to contract so we lost it. if the other estate agents can do it when they get the phone call and aip why can't they? greed. I hope no one else gets the same experience. absolutely fuming and digracedNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAll the staff ar Lovett's in Burntwood were excellent. Photographs taken by David were outstanding. Sharon our property Manager excelled in her role with the support she offered us along with all the sales negotiators on the phones 7 days a week. Sandra & Jo in Sales Progression were magnificent. GoogleI used Lovatts and the two part service was excellent, initial valuation and advice re offers was realistic and placed the property in the best light. Once an offer was accepted the follow up service from the completion team was really good despite then best efforts of some solicitors to make life unnecessarily difficult. Staff were professional and measured at all times, i have no issue in recommending them.

GoogleHaving previously sold a property via Lovett we decided to sell our current property though them. They offered 3 different ways to sell: option 1 was to pay an amount upon completion, option 2 was to pay a small amount up front and the rest on completion but we went for option 3 which was £990 up front with no other hidden costs. The agent that valued the house said that it would sell in 6 to 8 weeks at the value that he stated and it sold just after 5 weeks of being on the market. Communication is very good and they are open 7 days a week which is a rare thing with estate agents. The staff are super friendly and communicate in a timely fashion.

GoogleWe had 5 offers & sold our house within 48 hours using Lovetts. They provided high quality customer service and communication from the start. They were prompt in arranging my viewings and keeping me informed of any updates. I can imagine Sandra and Jo's job can be difficult at times but they have remained pleasent and friendly all the way through the sale. They also deserve a special thank you for all the chasing up they do to achieve a speedy sale!!!

GoogleFollowing on, I can only agree with what Jayne has said Lovett have been absolutely fantastic. Professional customer service right from the off. With excellent pictures of the property right through to helping put things right when solicitors got things wrong. Charlotte absolutely went the extra mile when things went wrong, whilst all the time remaining utterly personable, and giving the impression you were always her number one priority. I cannot commend the team as a whole highly enough. Great service as it should be.

GoogleWe had a mixed experience with Lovett. The sales team we were disappointed with; initial photos of our property were disappointing and we had to request for more to be taken. The descriptions on sale sites were wrong and seemed to be very generic rather than considering the actual property they are trying to sell. Communication was not often enough for our liking and when we were struggling to sell their first and only suggestions were to lower the price, even though in the end we got much more than they suggested to go down to. Luckily the after sales team were very helpful. They were always keeping us in the loop and were very pushy with all parties in the chain which was what was needed to get the sale through so thank you for this.

GoogleAll the staff at Lovell&Co have been so helpful. The service is second to none. When I was first looking for an estate agent, I didn't see the difference between the cheaper online agents and the more traditional estate agents, however Lovetts came out to see me and showed me the quality in photos which different agents use and I was blown away. Also simple things like being open 7 days a week, so a potential buyer can always get hold of someone is great. The pictures of our home were fantastic and the way they dealt with viewings and feedback has been great. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property. Big thank you to all the team there.

GoogleTerrible right from the start when we had our offer accepted. Poor communication throughout, sending template emails and needing chasing to do anything. Sales progression couldn’t wait to get you off the phone and often felt patronising. Very underwhelming experience when collecting the keys to our first home. Reply to owner - Check your records, we bought our house through you in November. Another example of your poor service
