Everyone at this branch was incredibly polite and always happy to help. Moving is stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Sandra did everything she could to keep me informed throughout. Every time I spoke to the ladies in the office, they were kind and accommodating. Although I didn’t sell my previous home with this estate agent, I really wish I had. I would 100% recommend them their communication is excellent.

We used Lovett's as they were our local Estate agent and we like to keep it local, our sale went on for several months with plenty of up's and down's along the way, through every twist and turn all the staff were excellent and nothing was too much effort, I must give special thanks to Sandra who became someone i spoke to daily, she constantly went above and beyond her role, she liased with both other estate agents and buyers and sellers to try and get the sale over the line...she was simply AMAZING!

Beyond disgusted,disappointed absolutely fuming and confused with what these people have done to us and put us through. We went to view a house, put an offer in the same day. The very next day was told we was successful. That's where it all started they wanted us to use all of their in house mortgage advisors and all their legal teams, the greed was beyond anything else. We advised we had our own mortgage broker but this was not good enough. They kept harassing myself knowing I'm pregnant. So then continued to haras my husband and then go as far as our mortgage broker. Meghan who was probably the worst needs retraining in customer service, alongside Sharon and other female members of that we spoke with. The way they treated us and spoke to use made us feel like there was racism behind it as I'm in a mixed relationship and felt like we were specifically attacked to not warrant the house. Which is why after not even 24hrs of advising us we were successful they told us they had given the property to someone else. Our insurance broker advised they have been doing this for 25 years and NEVER experienced anything like this. This company is disgraceful. We will never be using them again. Reading 1 star reviews from previous people's experience looks like they haven't learnt from their mistakes yet have gotten worse especially now adding on racism to the list of disgusting reviews.

As a landlord of a property in Lichfield I cannot recommend Lovett (and in particular Margaret and Tracey) highly enough. I have been with Lovett for longer than I can remember and they have not only always satisfactorily resolved any issues that have arisen throughout and during tenancies but have also managed multiple changes in tenants for me very successfully with a smooth and quick transition. 5/5 Stars for all the team at Lovett!

Marketing photos were very good. Property description good too. Plenty of viewings were arranged and feedback from viewings always communicated. Sale was within a few weeks and during conveyancing Sandra kept us updated and never failed to respond to emails promptly. All through the process the team have been great. We had some amazing pictures taken and lots of online coverage. We had lots of viewings, i would recommend giving your availability to them each week to help secure more viewings though- this helped us get more viewings! When a sale is secured, the progressions team are amazing and go above and beyond. I have to say a massive thank you to Sharon and Charlotte. We sold our house through Lovetts in Burntwood within a week of our previous sale falling through. Sales were fine but the real standouts were Grace and Sandra. We kept having problems due to a solicitor within the chain but these 2 were such an amazing support. They were constantly trying to chase down updates, let us know what to expect and kept checking in with us. It was so stressful and we didn’t exchange until a day before completion but I’m honestly not sure it would have happened at all if it wasn’t for the 2!!
