The Office is more like a call centre, new and interesting concept .. it really works! GoogleWe recently bought a house for sale through Lovett's.They we're exceptional unlike my own estate agents.In what has been an extremely testing time to purchase a home due to the stamp duty relief coming to an end they were superb. We ended up speaking to them more than our own estate agents as basically we ended up doing our own sales progression .we had many questions throughout the purchase and they were always prompt with their replies and if an answer couldn't be given straight away they were very proactive in chasing the answers ,resolving issues and coming back to us.I honestly can't praise Sandra and her team enough.If I ever sell my new home I wouldn't hesitate in using them.I really begrudge having to give my own estate agent their fee as to be honest Lovett's earned it.I don't think we'd of got over the line in time without the help and knowledge of the Lovett's team.

GoogleCouldn’t have been a better experience!
After hearing only bad things about estate agents I went into my first house purchase quite apprehensive. Sandra was very helpful and went above and beyond helping me out and advising. She was able to help me understand the searches and provide advice on the fastest way to get the solicitors paperwork through. Very knowledgable about the whole process.
She was honest and down to earth. Not pushy or confrontational as I initially thought estate agents would be. But just friendly and genuine.
I wouldn’t think twice about using Lovett to sell me next house. Overall a great experience! 10/10

GoogleThe lady who came to value our house was really lovely and we decided to go with Lovetts based on our experience of when she came to visit. (I forget her name I am sorry).
We promptly began to receive viewing requests which were booked in and occurred seamlessly.
We had an offer within a week and moved on to sales progression.
Sandra was fantastic and always kept her cool even when dealing with me as I became annoyed by solicitors (as you do).
Sale is complete and we are very happy. I won’t be moving again as it was too much to go through haha but I would highly recommend to others who were.

We had lots of viewings and the communication from Lovetts was A class, from the photographer choosing to walk down the road to take pictures of the river setting (without this being mentioned) to organising viewings (first within 10 mins of going live on rightmove), very prompt in chasing feedback from viewings to now completing the sale. Mortgage application processed swiftly. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond and are very thorough in all areas. GoogleOnly use Lovetts if you want a very unprofessional service. I would seriously put a handmade for sale sign outside your house before using them!
This is my experience with one of the directors Christophe Meunier:
- When the appointment was booked I advised there was no visitor parking and that they would need to park elsewhere perhaps in a nearby side road. They had not followed these instructions. They arrived and tried to park at the bottom on the car park nearly blocking someone in. They then moved to the slope of the car park where I had to ask for them to move your car across to ensure other cars could pass easily.
- They decided to ask private questions of "did I live here" and "was this a development project" on the slope car park. Quite frankly this was very unprofessional. Had I have wanted to let the entire street know my business I would have done so already!
- Once in the flat Christophe Meunier was more interested in showing his laptop with all his figures and website info for far more than was necessary.
- He bragged about how many brilliant reviews you have received and showed very little interest in our property and what our requirements were.
- On the way out in the doorway he then mentioned as an afterthought what the lease and service charges. Something we should have again discussed in private.
Due to all of the above this left us with very little confidence in the company. They then persistently rang and rang chasing up the sale and became a nuisance!
I would strongly recommend against using Lovetts!
