Emma was amazing in the beginning setting everything up for us and then we have been kept up to date by Beth from there on. Beth is always ready to help with any questions and if she didn’t know she came back to us very quickly with the answer. FacebookIf I could I would give them 10 stars!!!! I would like to say BIG BIG BIG thank to Emma from Patchway Branch! Emma is THE best estate agent I have ever met! She is very customer focused and from the minute she walked in to our house I felt like I know her for ages! She could tell straight away whether we will sell the property ASAP, what improvements we eventually could do and what kind of buyers we can expect. Emma was already very much oriented about the property and the area, well prepared. As me and my husband were selling our house for the first time and we had no idea what to expect, Emma has solved all of our worries and she didn't mind all of our questions! Once the house has been put on the market, we were regularly informed about the viewings and and within a week we found a potential buyer! I also would like to say a big thank you to rest of the team! You are doing amazing job!!! If we would go for sale again, I definitely would choose West Coast properties again!!!!
